This is a good development today.

Look at his success rate.

He's a 'busy' individual.

And with a 20% interest in a PLC I can see a lot of progress being made in 2021. Certainly he will be motivated to make it happen. How many shares has DG got?

I suspect a merger with Manly Spirits could be on the cards. The brands are a good fit for each other.

To have RG on board is to definitely strengthen, not weaken the BOD.

With a 20% holding, I expect R.G. to be highly motivated in building DIS' value.

And in time, he may well replace D.G.

His shareholding is in line with other directors of small companies on AIM who seek rapid growth.

I expect to see some form of M/A activity here shortly.

This is finally looking like an exciting opportunity.

And our next trading update is just around the corner.

Into the new year we will have 4/5 directors after recruiting another independent director
R G will have a massive impact on the way the board vote he owns over 20% of the company
He can over the next 12 months introduce a much wider distribution area
As the company develops he will introduce a further director to balance the board another independent non executive director
If he increases his holding to 29.9% then he will basically have more influence in the way forward
DG could be looking at retirement

You're expecting far too much, he is only ONE Director on the BoD, he has not magically become CEO or MD.

Anything RG wants DIS to do, it has to be approved by the Board, therefore it must be a) A good idea b) Add value to DIS. c) Low risk. d) Suit the core strategy of DIS, or improve it.e) Be considered by a majority of board members to be a worthwhile undertaking. f) Increase shareholder value.

I am observing the story from the sidelines for a long time. I would like to find out - will Mr Grain use whole Co to further HIS interests or Cos or both.

This one was expected. if it comes big - early days to jump in. derisking first? if there is a need. I do not know yet
