But on the way to zero, it could also go up 5 to 10 times. The market cap was £8.5m pre suspension since when they have added nearly £2m in cash so market cap should adjust to c. 10m. Which is 0.54p, which is 100% higher than today. If it wasn't for the fact I won't be putting any more cash in until they get a new chairman, that is a no-brainer.MrC2u

1.847 billion shares in issue!!! Is that a record for AIM? Note that the Chairman's holding has gone up even though he did not put much new cash in. We have been massively diluted to stop his loans going bad and he has rewarded himself handsomely. No doubt he will claim (falsely) that this was all in the best interests of shareholders. It isn't. It's in his best interests only.MrC

Pretty poor take up of the £500k offer, although I said all along that private investors wouldn't have the heart for another cash raise, plus some share holders have apparently been unable to apply which is crazy. The feeling that the board need to be shook up hasn't helped. In the prospectus they mentioned reviewing the size of the board, they need to look at the composition as it's got quite stale, I'm expecting a small increase in the 0.2p offer price when the stock opens next week, given all of the news and details that have been released since they were suspended..
