Well with the 6m late reported buys this morning, there have been 26m shares bought over the last few days, expecting a director dealing or increased investor RNS pretty soon. A buyout would only cost £730,000 at today's market cap!!

Wow! Had no idea that is what has been going on. There must be, what?, £50,000 of cash from exiting DEMG investors in the last couple of weeks so your share is bound to soar with such sizeable new backing.MrC

Plop - can't be many left to sell. Some will cling on into bankruptcy sadly. Not worth salvaging pennies on the pound at this stage. Cash is just running out and imagine the dilution. Brutal.

Totally agree. It is the only strategic option. But first they need to show that hospitals will buy the new monitor. That will not happen if they do not tell us how many they have sold so far and how many orders they have received. They absolutely need to boost the share price first too. Step one is obvious. Get a new chairman. He has had 35 years so far and look where we are.MrC

0.7 m left in cash and losses of about 0.7 millionMore dilution would be hard to get through. Final year of life I suspect

Wishy washy platitudes about sales of the new monitor. They have had 25 years to get ready for it and it would be reasonable to have expected even this shower to have sold quite a few.Childish, but typical of Keen, to sneak these out on the last day before the Easter break. No doubt he will be topping up his holding with shares at a new rock bottom again soon.MrC

The medicine I have been calling for and progress to date:- new, smaller board: done but badly- new advisors: done by accident- new monitor: sort of nearly there?- new marketing story: nowhere- new chair: nowhere and, 35 years into the role, our man is getting it even more wrong than 5, 10, 15 or 20 years ago.I'm not buying any more while Keen still there.MrC

6 million in revenues would lead to 4.2 million gross profit. Let’s say other costs of 2.4. That’s a profit of 1.8. Per share approximately 0.1p.
If the market would pay 10 times that, we’re looking at 1p.
Maybe it would take 2-3 years.
I don’t mind waiting 2-3 years to make 7x my money.
