There are too many directors, especially given how small a company they have turned DEMG into. They desperately need to get rid of the chair and then at least two others. But really ought to be looking for some completely new faces all round.Happy FridayMrC

I understood from the interims that they've achieved the £1m cost saving without any mention/need of reducing the NEDs, perhaps that was suggested just to appease shareholders/investors in the recent fund raise..

Not to mention the radio silence on the road tests of the long awaited new box. They must have a good idea now if it is green, amber or redOr which of the NEDs they are going to chopMrC

Seems that someone with a substantial holding is willing to sell at decreasing levels, not surprising with the radio silence on the Latin American tender, the longer it goes on the less likely we are of any good news.

A pretty dire set of results but then we knew that. The next 6/9 months are going to define if DEMG has a future, the 2 positives out of the results for me are that the Asian tenders is not dead in the water yet? and the potential non evasive sales into a U.K. hospital where DEMG have struggled to achieve sales. My focus if I were employed at the company would be to concentrate on moving potential leads into firm cash sales, we need a more savvy forceful sales team.. They didn't give an update on how the new monitor trial is doing, I guess all will be revealed in the next set of results..

Weak interims. Beggars belief that the Board there was any prospect of getting through without a fund raise, so such a destructive discount could and should have been avoided. New steps re non-invasive device needing evaluation but there seems to have been some progress in S America. Why was that not announced in August? Usual glib twaddle from out of date, out of touch chair. The rest of the Board need to show a bit of backbone and get rid of him.MrC

I had hoped we might hear something now they have funding for a year or so, not sure if the Asian tender is still in place? How is the 3 month trial going on the new monitor? Any progress on the non invasive equipment? So many question and they seem to have gone on radio silence!! This small rise today is just a short squeeze imho, nothing to get excited about probably Nobby and his followers!!

But as always competition from big boys is fierce. There is a reason why Edwards hsve not snapped them up. Small cap medical fighting with the big boys? The situation was dire, is dire.

With so much stock available, there appears to be a short squeeze to get the Sp below the offer price of .2p to prove some sort of point..

There's a disconnect between the crazy share trading and what the company is trying to achieve. This company supplies medical instruments the save people's lives as well as helping patients recover from medical surgery, this fact is lost on the herd mentality trying to make 5 cents on a trade, society has fallen a long way in recent times..

It's become a casino chip. 20 million shares traded so far today.

In effect, worthless.

Nice tree shake this morning, buyers seem to be nibbling around the 0.249 area, this certainly has become even more of a flash/day traders stock since the increase in stock..

I recollect it was floated on EASDAQ at $4.5 so it had fallen a long way before it moved to AIM

If it is the product, the new one is very nearly on the market. Not before time, mind. In fact, at least half a decade late which points to management rather than product problems.MrC

But more seriously, raised money is better than going bust entirely but the money needs to be spent well not just paying salaries for a couple more years before then going bust. Horrendous dilution. Main issue is the product ...

But on the way to zero, it could also go up 5 to 10 times. The market cap was £8.5m pre suspension since when they have added nearly £2m in cash so market cap should adjust to c. 10m. Which is 0.54p, which is 100% higher than today. If it wasn't for the fact I won't be putting any more cash in until they get a new chairman, that is a no-brainer.MrC2u
