03/7/2023 19:40 | So if the share price was 10p to sell then it would cost £80,000,000 to by the company? | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 13:25 | If I got 10p would say thank you very much!!!! | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 09:58 | I still think there are quite a few early day investors like myself that bought shares around the 25p range many year ago, I know a lot of Golden tickets were sold at 1p, I've averaged down over they years, I would like the company to stay independent but the board has gone stale and needs revitalising.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 09:57 | Anything less than 10p would be a poor show. With current chair & Board, a poor show is best we can hope for so 6p to 8p probably about right. Depending on how they navigate the fact they expect to run out of cash in a fortnight, of course. Right now 0p seems a very plausible outcome. | mrc2u
03/7/2023 09:48 | 8p? You'd get killed in the stampede. | maxk
03/7/2023 09:39 | Certainly hope so, but this board won't sell on the cheap, they have too much time and effort invested in the company, and also with the new monitor almost ready for launch any day now. I would think a starting offer of around 8p> would require their serious attention.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 09:12 | I think a takeover will happen now. The product is ready to roll out and they will buy us on the cheap. | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 09:08 | Anything's possible, I don't think investors have the appetite for another capital raise after the last 1p Golden shares, a takeover would be more beneficial with someone with deep pockets to produce the life saving products @ market the company the way it needs to be, also reorganise the stale board, imho.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 08:57 | Could it now be a takeover... | bugsbunny10
30/6/2023 07:32 | Myosite Nobody knows how this will play out for Deltex and only you know where you are wanting to go with your question. But I have a pretty good idea how my complaint to the GMC about you will play out if you carry on posting. You will be struck off and lose your job. Doubt your secret takings from LID sale will cover the lost income. | schloo
29/6/2023 15:26 | where is the new monitor? | myosite
28/6/2023 11:50 | Answer to thread title is in ... | trentendboy

27/6/2023 15:38 | Sidam Would be up for it. | janatha
27/6/2023 15:26 | Nigel has been such a long term supporter seems odd to turn his back now....... | chrisdgb
27/6/2023 15:22 | >>>Sidam Good idea and I am interested, although would struggle to get together any cash before late July and probably nearer £5,000. Lets see if there are other takers and I am pretty sure I have your email Also wrong footed by yesterday's announcement. Had been expecting the shares to go up on news this week of the new monitor launch, then to go up further over the second half of the year on news of sales of the new monitor: thought that the punt here was about whether they could get an exit away in 2024. Amazed they would announce a cash problem so soon after the audit, so can not believe the short term additional cash requirement is very big at all, certainly not relative to a £8 million market cap and realistic prospects of a sale for over £40 million within a year. That said, you were right to highlight the need for due diligence | schloo
27/6/2023 11:40 | So sad to see that RNS yesterday, we were almost there! I don't think there'll be any appetite for asking investors to stump up more cash. I'm hoping a white knight can come in and get the new monitor to market and give the Co. the financial backing they deserve, they obviously have the expertise to invent these life saving devices, just a shame about the out of date board and sales team! We'll find out in the coming days.. | gbenson1
26/6/2023 20:19 | sidam: I'm feeling a bit bruised at the moment, otherwise I would be interested. Best of luck. | gnnmartin
26/6/2023 15:54 | Nice offer sidam. But for me, that would be the triumph of hope over experience. So, I'll take the lumps and sit it out .. You never know, a white knight might be waiting in the wings. Pigs might also do the proverbial. | maxk
26/6/2023 15:32 | Do you think a few of us could put enough cash together to keep the company alive. I would suggest a very high yield convertible bond where we could take the interest or let the bond accumulate. Plus some long term warrants at say 2 or 3p. We would have to make sure that the bond was sufficient which would require some due diligence. Also we would require at least one seat on the board replacing some of the old timers. I suggest that 20 of us could pitch in £10k each which I am willing to do. I could go to £15k but I do not want to do so. Any takers. If so post and I will give my telephone number. | sidam
26/6/2023 09:34 | Also a clean bill of health re going concern less than 3 months ago. Smelly.Upside (which may be straw clutching) is that suspension is not same as administration. Downside is that any rescue now may well wipe out current holders. Is that the plan?MrC | mrc2u
26/6/2023 08:49 | They have not asked me for more money. What about you? I would be very nervous about putting any more in with current Chairman and Board. It's only 6 weeks since a bullish AGM and not much longer since we were told the company didn't really need the last £250,000 loan. Today's announcement was not merely a shock but smacked heavily of backside covering. Happy Monday. MrC | mrc2u |
