06/7/2023 12:43 | I have just sent the message below to Deltex. I can't put up enough to be useful to Sidam (note 11956), but I would like to maintain my share holding if a party feels they can take the company through to prosperity and is prepared to put in the cash to enable that. My message: The RNS today said "The Board is ... currently exploring an equity fundraise ... any such equity fundraising is likely to be conducted at a material discount to the Group's current share price." I hope that if you do decide on a fund raise, you will consider one modelled on the recent FireAngel fund raise. Deltex has many long standing shareholders who may be prepared to support the company yet again and be sorry to see their shareholding diluted, if there is a group of new investors ready to back the company subject (presumably) to actions they deem necessary. | gnnmartin
06/7/2023 09:13 | Shame re DEBS but at least you made it to the beach!MrC | mrc2u
06/7/2023 07:36 | So sorry to hear that mrC2u, I lost an absolute fortune on DEBS thought they would never go, but they did, it's never over until the rather portly person has sang, I'm hoping they can make it, I've been interested in DEMG for an eternity , but sadly I'm now in the departure lounge.. | gbenson1
06/7/2023 07:07 | Unfortunately I, and lots on here, are in for a lot more than that. For a long time it has been clear that the company did not only need a new monitor but also a new Chairman and a new Board. Hope they think about the damage they have wreaked while I look under the sofa for some cash.MrC | mrc2u
06/7/2023 06:47 | Shareholders would get nothing if Administrators are called in, this is so sad as the company have been working towards launching the new monitor for so long, the finish line was there in sight, but couldn't get it over the line. Don't think investors have the heart for yet another discounted fundraise. Although in a totally different sector this reminds me of Debenhams, someone will come in and run with the company's IP. I'm only in for a few thousand, feel sorry for Mr Stubbs with his 6%.. | gbenson1
06/7/2023 06:30 | Another update. Fundraise may be coming but at a "material discount".Alternativ | mrc2u
05/7/2023 12:16 | Due to the silence here can we assume things aren't going well? The company said in their last RNS that they would update the market as soon as possible? Perhaps the company could provide an update on what if anything is happening at the HQ and I presume some funds have been received into the coffers for recent sales? I think they owe it to their shareholders! | gbenson1
03/7/2023 19:15 | The shares are clearly worthless. | effortless cool
03/7/2023 18:40 | So if the share price was 10p to sell then it would cost £80,000,000 to by the company? | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 12:25 | If I got 10p would say thank you very much!!!! | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 08:58 | I still think there are quite a few early day investors like myself that bought shares around the 25p range many year ago, I know a lot of Golden tickets were sold at 1p, I've averaged down over they years, I would like the company to stay independent but the board has gone stale and needs revitalising.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 08:57 | Anything less than 10p would be a poor show. With current chair & Board, a poor show is best we can hope for so 6p to 8p probably about right. Depending on how they navigate the fact they expect to run out of cash in a fortnight, of course. Right now 0p seems a very plausible outcome. | mrc2u
03/7/2023 08:48 | 8p? You'd get killed in the stampede. | maxk
03/7/2023 08:39 | Certainly hope so, but this board won't sell on the cheap, they have too much time and effort invested in the company, and also with the new monitor almost ready for launch any day now. I would think a starting offer of around 8p> would require their serious attention.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 08:12 | I think a takeover will happen now. The product is ready to roll out and they will buy us on the cheap. | bugsbunny10
03/7/2023 08:08 | Anything's possible, I don't think investors have the appetite for another capital raise after the last 1p Golden shares, a takeover would be more beneficial with someone with deep pockets to produce the life saving products @ market the company the way it needs to be, also reorganise the stale board, imho.. | gbenson1
03/7/2023 07:57 | Could it now be a takeover... | bugsbunny10
30/6/2023 06:32 | Myosite Nobody knows how this will play out for Deltex and only you know where you are wanting to go with your question. But I have a pretty good idea how my complaint to the GMC about you will play out if you carry on posting. You will be struck off and lose your job. Doubt your secret takings from LID sale will cover the lost income. | schloo
29/6/2023 14:26 | where is the new monitor? | myosite
