Nothing new about the AGM statement but good to hear more about Latin America as was worried when they went quiet for five months that this was another one fading away. First mention that could be 2025 before new monitor sold in USA.Still, have got my posh duds on and heading for the train after breakfast. Save me a seat at the back, lads!MrC

Work commitments mean I can not make the AGM next week. Would appreciate it if those who do could feedback on here on a few key matters:

- will new monitor be cleared for sale and sales start in June?
- will that be in all markets and, if not, which ones?
- how many will they have available to sell before half year end?
- how many available to sell by interim statement date
- how many available to sell before year end?
- what applications in what markets are they targeting with the non-invasive suprasternal attachment?
- are they changing the marketing story to create a differentiated space for PPWA, bio-impedance and suprasternal as well as the original oesophageal Doppler?

They are leaving it very late to make a difference to the first half, but still ought to be able to show significant growth if they can ship 50 or, better, 100 in the second half of June. And should definitely be able to double or more annual sales with a six and a half month crack it and a large installed base of a very tired design. If, as claimed, they really didn't need the latest £250,000 loan, it would be good to know that they are using it to build more boxes sooner to achieve a higher sales ramp (and therefore a higher and quicker exit value following path set out by Lidco).

Golden opportunity to have a stream of positive commercial news to take the price to 2p, then 3p and 4p by the full year pre-close to set up chance of a sale at north of 8p.

PS don't see much point in kicking off about governance at this stage, but it would be good to see some fresh blood on the Board. How about someone more current who was instrumental in the Cheetah or Lidco exits in the same haemodynamic space?

That said, if anyone wants to give them a thorough and vicious kicking about the price at which they issued themselves shares, I will be (metaphorically) cheering them on! As pointed out the last time the NEDs did this a couple of years back, a previous CEO took options in lieu of cash owed at a 500% premium and it is hard to see why those still on the Board should not follow his leadership and only take shares in lieu of remuneration at 6p or above. Surely this would be far more in the best interests of the Company than taking them at a dip in an already depressed price? It would also mean less dilution and that everyone else's shares were worth a little bit more.

Pug, I am in comfortable profit at 1.5 so could sell out. However my last trade was a purchase at 1.3…..

A purchase today (28/4) of 5,555 at 1.6p = £88.88
I thought 8888's were a lucky number in Chinese culture?

Good to see the price go up, however...If the Board knew this was coming, and they must be reviewing new box progress at least daily, how do they possibly justify issuing themselves shares at a more than 30% lower price 2 weeks ago? This stinks of old school insider dealing from a bunch of old timer has beens especially after their rubbish about having been in an 8 month closed periodMrC

There were lots of golden tickets issued @ 1p so can understand these being sold @ 40% profit, healthy 2 way trades, onwards and upwards.

Yeh I get that, so are we just saying this rise in the Sp is down to a shortage of stock and the good news about the monitor? I feel as though with investors willing to pay the full ask on reasonably large trades these aren't casual investors, but perhaps linked to institutions? Which would be great for the company going forward!

Buys 594k v sales 685k.

We have just had 300k and 150k in two sales transactions (included in the 685k).

gbenson1,

IMHO., they did that as they had a fair bit of stock, so they were keen to sell it.

MMs seem to have changed their tack offering all buy trades at almost the full ask? In the past they'd sell a shed load for just above the bid so as to not have to increase the Sp. Apart from the obvious what's changed?

Not taking much £ value to nudge share price As mentioned earlier, perhaps may see decent £ val selling around 2p.

Got the RSP prices. There is 150k from Winterfloods at the full 1.5 and then there is 150k at 1.5999 and that’s it on the offer side. Meanwhile they are bidding up for loads
