Hi DTB

"I would have thought that we are now worth a lot more than £56m."

That was my point really - there's no reason for the share price to be anywhere between 13p and 17p-18p, so we should push straight through there.

New 'highs' are a different thing but we're getting closer.

That would be good in due course, but not at the moment. We need to see the benefits of all the hard work first. Given the strength of the share price in the last week, and again today, it would be very interesting to see how it will react to a serious load of good news.

I really think a bid will be made to buyout CyanCannode.

Thanks for that ITT. Interesting analysis. Something is definitely afoot. Looks like a strong start this morning. Last few days it has tended to be a bit of a slow burn but up already today. Is news leaking? Let's hope it's all good. Apropos your numbers, I would have thought that we are now worth a lot more than £56m. Who knows?

250m units x 20% = 50m. The rest the same I'd say.

I have not had time to follow this closely but read the Indian Market is 200m units of which Cyan expect a 25% market share. So 50m units at £12 each equals £600,m revenue at 30% margin equals £150m
Is that fair comment ?

Hi DTB

I'll be pretty surprised if we don't get up to 17p-18p within the next week or so, without any news.

We had a market cap of £56M back in late 2021 when we had 222M shares. We've now got 299M, which will rise to 326M once the 15p warrants have been exercised.

£56M ÷ 326M = 17p

We're a much better company now than we were in late 2021 and we're much, much closer to knowing if all these years of R&D investment and positioning in India is going to pay off.

Hopefully, it will.

The last few Sundays all seem to be the same. A genuine sense of anticipation that Monday might be 'the day', followed by disappointment when no news appears. But this past week has certainly seen a marked improvement in trading and the direction of travel of the share price, so even if there is no news tomorrow, there must be a chance that the recent tick upwards will continue. I think the overhang of placeholders will be determined by the relative risk, it’s starting to get the feeling of a reducing risk with the larger orders and as this (if this) accelerates it could be an interesting few months as there won’t be much impetus to sell wether you are in at 10p or whatever (all imho)

Thanks DTB/ITT and GL to all holders.

SP strength explained by the delayed trade reported of 269k @ 12.5p at a time when the market quote was 11-12 so somebody is keen :)

Hi NTG, I ran out of time to check, estimate and make a longer post - apologies. Like you, I am curious how much of the FY2025 volume/revenue is already in the bag - how big is the remaining task? Not straightforward to approximate; the latest MENA revenue and timing is a significant factor - I think MB estimated it at $5m total?.JC seemed very confident back in the Autumn they would hit the FY2024 number, but how much MENA will spill over into FY2025?.Cheers, tightfist

Astonished price is where it is. This should be moving forward from a base of 20 p at least. No brainer from here as major contracts about to be announced.

12p broken. Interesting activity for a Friday afternoon. Some meaty buys too. Mind you, when I topped up at 3.2p in early 2020, you could pick them up by the several hundred thousand at the click of a button. Nice to hear that supply is constrained. Well done gl23. Hope your courage is well rewarded. GL to gl.

Couldn't resist breaking my round number with another 15k top up after seeing good demand on the Bid @ 11.888p and only 15k available on the Offer.

Hopefully we'll break 12p now

Just out of curiosity, are the two Johnsons who are regularly involved in our fundraisings related?

Simon works for Zeus and Richard works for Strand Hanson but both were working for Arden partners at the same time.

I like round numbers too, gl23, but the trouble is that to get from one round number to the next, once you've passed a certain number (as I have) takes a lot of lolly. So, I am now on the sidelines.

Not today. I'll buy a few more if it drops to 10p'ish again.

Can't see the share price going anywhere until the selling of these millions of shares from November is exhausted. They've got us by the short & curlies.

Not me today DTBMy 15k top up this week took me to a nice round number so unlikely to budge from that for time being...it's amusing what can contribute to market psychology sometimes :)

Good questions NTG, I guess you are trying to scale the credibility of the FY2025 revenue forecasts? With the latest 1m order I will take a fresh look, tightfist
