Hi DTB

Why do you say that he has left?

His LinkedIn page implies that he's still with us.

Cheers

About Rajani seems to have left us. Who knew? Gone where? And why, given his important role.

It’s always going to be be way until we keep issuing shares (although the funding is required) there should be a point fairly soon where the tide turns hopefully

We could do with these tw*ts with their 18M 10p shares from the recent fundraise quitting their constant dumping. That's with an 'a' not an 'i' BTW.

It would be good to get some news from the company on our current progress in India and elsewhere. I know I've mentioned it before, but Thailand was a significant early contract and seems to have dropped off the radar. Where are we on that? Has that order been fully delivered? A bit of positive news would help to reassure investors. The 1m order was great, but we need more flesh on the bones.

And Multi, if you are listening, there has been talk on the other thread about Bhart Airtel. Are they competitors or potential partners?

Hi DTB

The only thing that I've done today is bought a few more (a bit too early).

Hopefully, it'll swing in our favour one of these days (weeks/months/years/decades/centuries/millenniums.......)

Thanks for your response beeezzz. Much appreciated. And yes, you may be correct. I'm sure all of these are contributing to the current malaise, but when you look at the progress the company has made, the recent 1m order from Montecarlo, the 1.3m still likely from the SFA and the generally positive noises from commentators, it does feel as though we should be rated above 10.25p on existing orders alone. It may be, and I suspect this is the case, that apart from a few specialist fund managers, we are still below the radar of others whose interest is still to be piqued. We shall see in due course no doubt, but it doesn't half try one's patience. The fact that ITT is still adding is reassuring. So well done that man!

It maybe a combination of factors, CGT allowance changes, higher interest rates, what changes may happen at budget, geopolitical instability, whatever it is stock market in general is performing poorly.

The chancellor says he is keen to encourage investing in UK companies, well I feel he is going the wrong way about it, taking risks needs high rewards...not taxed up to the eyeballs.....

What on earth is going on here? Anyone got any ideas? Or is it just you averaging down ITT? The company don't seem to have much interest in seeing the share price rise. A series of 'tweets' isn't going to cut it, no matter how upbeat they are. Come on JC and HP.

Much of it is, I suspect, just noise. Can't see the Gulf States being in a hurry to surrender their vast wealth and power to conflict. Too keen to get their kids into Eton and enjoy zooming around the world in their private jets. Same is true for much of the developed, and developing, world. Canny investors buy when others are fearful, so well done ITT. The recent piece on, I believe, yahoo finance suggested that fair value is around 18p. I suspect some on here (me for a start) would say that's quite conservative. A decent SFA from one of the big players and another order or two to take us up to the 10m mark would surely move us past that. Just my opinion of course.

Thanks.

The world calming down a tad would help a bit too.

It either will or it won't. If it doesn't, it won't really matter how many Cyan shares (or others) I hold.

Well done ITT. I wonder how many of the other trades were also buys. Yours seems to have been listed as a sell. We are in serious need of some news management to get the share price up.

BTW, IIRC in Autumn 2022 CC said they were in the midst of integrating many more (12?) SM manufacturers - I think the total was to become around 16? A deeper Moat being dug?

And apropos yesterday's RNS, let's hope 'this pivotal point' starts pivoting the share price upwards very soon. i.e. tomorrow.
It would also be very helpful if the stuff that they put out on Twitter could also be put out on the CyanConnodeIndia page on the website, for those who, like myself, are social media Luddites. What exactly does DDM actually do for his money?

Yesterday”s RNS says he holds 912,377 shares. If that changes I’d expect notification within a day, tho I think they may technically have 3 days. Hopefully he can’t trade at the moment because he has inside info on upcoming orders ;-)

Looking forward to seeing Cyan's 'Director Shareholdings' page updated soon.

Chris Jones obviously wasn't too bothered/interested in Cyan's shares (lucky him) holding a relatively small amount for a board member.

However, I'm expecting a young gun like Bjorn to have a stronger appetite for risk, including a 'few' Cyan shares.

If Bjorn does hold shares, how long do the company have to update shareholders on this fact?
