09/6/2021 09:50 | multi, thinking about it, it's probably more likely they were scaled back and have bought in the market since to get to their target holding which pushed the price up post placing. | homebrewruss
09/6/2021 09:45 | Difficult to know for sure homebrewruss, but given the rumours about the oversubscription of 300-400%, there would have been a "scaling back formula" used by the Broker to allocate the available shares to all those invited to participate, I imagine. So very unlikely IMHO that Miton would have been able to take 50% of the shares on offer at the fundraise. I think the chunky buys over the last few days was possibly Miton loading up. Remember that Herald Investment (Katie Potts) may have also added to her Fund in the allocation... The above is all speculation on my part and I could be wrong...but the news that Miton has loaded up very substantially is fantastic news - no doubt about that ! | multibagger
09/6/2021 09:40 | 'Date on which the threshold was crossed or reached: 08/06/2021' Maybe a bit of both. | inthetin
09/6/2021 09:36 | Looks like Miton took about half of the placing then (assuming they didn't buy in the market since). 16,704,642 out of 33,170,076 shares in the placing | homebrewruss
09/6/2021 09:25 | Good to see more of the free float moving into stronger Institutional hands...heading in the right direction and will be positioned for a strong upward movement when the next commercial contract news lands :) | multibagger
09/6/2021 07:46 | Welcome aboard the one and only Gervais the best U.K. small cap manager by a country mile! | the chairman elect
09/6/2021 07:31 | A highly regarded and seasoned Fund Manager like Gervais won't be putting in over £2.255m in a tiddler like CYAN if he is not confident...probably knows a lot more than any of us will ever know about the Company. Follow the money as they say :) | multibagger
09/6/2021 07:28 | I'm definitely getting the feeling that the CYAN market cap. is very low for a company that looks like it will be getting involved in some very substantial infrastructure projects. | molatovkid
09/6/2021 07:21 | Yes, you are right Molatovkid :) The shorters may be getting a bit queasy ? ;) | multibagger
09/6/2021 07:20 | If Miton have had their fill, then maybe we will start moving up again on volumes...unless there are other Institutions/HNIs who may be building a position as well ? | multibagger
09/6/2021 07:18 | I agree, very significant purchase my Miton. Great news for us all (unless you are short that is....) | molatovkid
09/6/2021 07:16 | Hi emptyend ! Miton is still run by Gervais Williams, as far as I am aware | multibagger
09/6/2021 07:15 | Nice to see Miton on the register in a material way. Is that still run by Gervais? | emptyend
09/6/2021 07:14 | Good morning all :) As expected a Holdings RNS this morning ......Premier Miton Group announce a stake of 16,704,642 shares or 7.597% of the company. Makes sense to all the trading and lack of price action over the last couple of days - Miton have probably been hoovering up any shares coming on sale. This is very significant...a new Institutional Fund Manager coming on board and taking a massive stake in the Company. Zero to 7.597% is a huge leap of faith.... Clearly they see some excellent potential :) | multibagger
08/6/2021 20:39 | That trade says to me, anyone thinking this rise was anything other than a pump and dump, is a bigger fool than multi. Nothing fundamental has changed here, one way for the share price now. | cancun tango
08/6/2021 20:15 | Hi beeezzz, Yes a massive trade by any standards. At 13p so likely to be a sell...but the important and good news is that it was absorbed without causing a drop in share price So looks like some portfolio re-adjustments going on with a/some HNIs...with possibly some Institutional Funds picking up what has become available. So won't be surprised to see a Holdings RNS at some point soon....good luck all ! | multibagger
08/6/2021 18:36 | Hi MB.. 1.7mm trade today did you see it, what do you think, didn't move the share price either way buy or sell | beeezzz
07/6/2021 21:34 | Considering this rise is only due to new investors coming onboard, which bodes well for if and when they announce any new contracts, share price will rise substantially obviously depending on the news.... A rise is a rise heading in the right direction.. | beeezzz
07/6/2021 10:27 | Well, not quite Dancing on the ceiling, more like bouncing off the ceiling | larryparker
07/6/2021 09:03 | Looks like quite a few have set there get out at 14, once we break through that we're on a roll. Maybe | larryparker
07/6/2021 08:03 | Re The DM, I'm not going to say a word. | inthetin
07/6/2021 07:52 | No worries at all ITT ! I have always been an optimist :) Let's see what the day/week brings.....could there even be an Auction at open ? Here's hoping !! Edit: Just remembered that we were mentioned in the Daily Mail.... | multibagger
07/6/2021 07:37 | Hi MB Sorry if it sounded that way. I don't think that 35p to 45p will buy the company, I think that the II's will want /expect a return of at least that for their investment. I haven't got a clue what the ultimate buyout figure will be. GL | inthetin
07/6/2021 07:20 | Good morning all :) The start of what I hope/expect to be an interesting trading week for CYAN. A lot of folk do their investing research and catching up on reading over the weekend, so I expect we'll get off to a strong start today and build on that through the week. ITT, given what we are told and reading the "tea-leaves", I reckon that the likelihood of being taken out/sold off at 35-45p is pretty remote after all these years. I think it is likely to be way above that figure per share. JC track record so far is 5 exits at circa $600m in total, this time the expectation will be higher I reckon. In the past, depending on the sector and the economy at the time, Companies were acquired for 6-9x annual revenues. Given the "hot money" / inflationary period that is around and likely to be around with all global Central Banking jugglery, IMHO we may even surpass that. Timeline wise it will take / may be a couple/few years yet as revenue visibility will need to crystallise ? All speculation on my part. Good luck all :) | multibagger |
