There was the trading spike I referred to, yesterday you could have bought 1m at .215p and today those could have been sold at .28p, a nice profit of £650.

This is what gutter stocks like CRCL are all about, trading plays only.

Anyone know why AUSPECT Investment PTY Ltd. took a near £210,000 loss on their investment in Corcel shares in the equity placing in December? They took shares at 0.4p when they could have bought in the market at 0.22p.

Be careful.

Anyone know why Mr. Zhao subscribed for shares in Corcel at 0.4p in the equity placing, when he could have bought the same shares for 0.22p in the market?

If you're given 50,000,000 shares which you think are worthless you are going to sell them for next to nothing. Scottie will give you another 50,000,000 next week on an idiots "punt" anyway. The £496,000+ remuneration for Parsons and Scottie is secure. Is that 50% of the market capitalisation? Does the company need an Executive Chairman on £192,000 a year?

3.25p to 0.22p in three years. More to come next year. A thief always leaves his victim with a little something. Don't expect anything here. What is going on is legal apparently.

Be careful.

This outfit is no better or worse than the majority of AIM cons, overpaid directors, copious dilution, lack of delivery, promises of riches just around the corner, etc, etc.

Like all of the cons money can be made, always a pump and dump just around the corner, read the tealeaves, time the entry point correctly - will result in a win.

From the beginning and before the wider markets, the Align team grasped the value proposition inherent in Corcel’s investment thesis; leveraging investors to the decarbonization of the global economy and the associated rise of batteries and battery metals. Thereafter Align has demonstrated ongoing and real commitment to our business through the creation of detailed and comprehensive investment research alongside taking meaningful investment positions and flexibly supporting the Company’s funding needs over time. Align occupies a unique position in the AIM investment space, one that takes a mid to longer term view that matches up well with a company’s development timelines.

Amusing that Pharmacal is 'hanging up his boots' (last 3 'convictions' are hangovers from last year) That couldn't be, I suppose, because he's lost a packet investing in his own 'convictions'. He's revamped his outfits on Companies House recently to hide his latest year performance (but see 2-3 yrs ago when he lost so much he had to be baled out by his incestuous partner Riverfort to the tune of around £1/2million) and not sure whether recent revamping and avoidance of bankruptcy (not to mention change of name to Catalyse Capital) isn't to hide all that (and continuing support from Riverfort - or maybe plan to repay it from whaever is left) from anyone inclined to follow him. But, then, that is all unreliable conjecture on my part. Wouldn't be surprised if he and his two 'con-the-mugs'' 'con'-spiritors' changed their own names too. Anyone interested in unravelling Companies House revamps-to-hide the truth should take a look.

"Quality and trustworthy management are rare animals"

Scottie is trustworthy. Parsons is also trustworthy.

Shareholders can trust them to decimate the share price (3.25p to 0.25p in 3 years).

Shareholders can trust them to dilute their holdings by the continuous issue of new shares ( 87 million to 800 million in 3 years).

Shareholders can trust them to pay themselves lavishly for continuous poor performance (£496,000+ a year and the company is only valued at £1.5 million).

Shareholders can trust them to use paid for "research" and "publicity" by the likes of Align and StockBox.

Shareholders can trust them to disappear projects such as FSG and Burwell and Southport and Altana.

Shareholders can trust them to waste money on "punts" like Avonmouth and Tring Road and Mt.Weld and not give a toss.

Be careful.

214 million 0.0021p warrants can be exercised anytime between now until the 31st of March 2025.

Todays announcement equates to more shares being issued than were in circulation post the last share consolidation.
