All the announcements from CRCL always seem very positive but the share price does not reflect the positivity.

It seems there is no Mambare or Wowo Gap news expected for the next several years.

They are trawling around the world for anyone and anything. The new "staffing model" is probably a travel agent.

Weren't Scottie and Parsons progressing the Dempster 2022 drilling plan? How did that go?

Be careful.

They will meet this target.

As ALWAYS.

Oil and gas "Company's Executive experience and connectivity in this space"

Oh my!

Let's just have the fundraising done FFS!

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

"The Company will review its staffing model during Q1 to reflect this broadening and its evolving technical requirements"

This is a £1 million company with a £496,000+ remuneration bill. What would you do?

Perhaps they could increase the wage bill?

And get such luminaries as Marco Fumagalli and David Lenigas on board.

Marco is good on a remuneration committee and David once found billions of barrels of oil under London.

Is Parsons still Executive Chairman? Why?

Didn't know he could speak Portuguese?

Sounds like a bonus in the offing.

Be careful.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

These people are staggering.

Parsons the Executive Chairman on £172,000+ remuneration a year has been allowed to convert his next "four months" salary into shares at 0.265p and take possession of those shares immediately. Paid up front for the "at least two days a week he dedicates" to the company. What's wrong with waiting until the salaries are due?

It's legal apparently. There is a Lord on the BOD and people in the Houses of Parliament are always correct in financial matters.

Why does a £1 million company pay the BOD £496,000+ in remuneration every year?

Why does a £1 million company have an Executive Chairman and a CEO?

I think Parsons should be made non-Executive Chairman and save the company £130,000 a year.

Be careful.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Market capitalisation of £1 million.

Half for Scottie and Parsons.

Half for the lenders.

A laugh in the face for shareholders.

Apparently it's legal. It must be because a member of the House of Lords is involved. Remuneration of £496,000+ a year for BOD.

Be careful.

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Corcel has a £1.4 million capitalisation.

Remuneration for Scottie and Parsons and the BOD is £496,000+ a year.

The rest is debt.

There will be £500,000 extra debt next year and every year whilst the noses are in the trough.

I wonder if the debt holders wanted their portion of the trough before it all disappears.

This debt reorganisation is all about preserving the remuneration of the BOD. And preserving their right to take it.

The remuneration is over a third of the market capitalisation. Apparently it is legal.

Be careful.

"completes the closure of the Flexible Grid Solutions business, which has been unwound at a small profit"

Hands up all shareholders who made a small profit from the Burwell fiasco?

Hands up all members of the BOD's who made a magnificent profit from exorbitant salaries from the Burwell fiasco. £496,000+ alone last year. For a £1.5 million company. Is Parsons still Executive Chairman at £172,000 a year? Why? Scottie showing his utter contempt for shareholders again. What's new?

Be careful.

Murky. Murky. Murkier?

Guess who is the Executive Chairman of Riversgold Ltd?

His first name is David. And his second name is Lenigas.

I wonder if that is the same person who was one of the beneficiaries of the £15,000 and 50,000,000 Corcel shares when the Mount Weld Project Option was exercised. Apparently, it is not a related party transaction. For either company. So it would appear he has got his Australian company to drill his own prospect. Who would thunk it? Did Corcel know this? And not inform shareholders?

Why didn't he sell the option directly to Riversgold Ltd, his own company? I suppose then it would have been a related party transaction. But so what? Why involve Scottie? Are Corcel shareholders being treated like mug punters (again)? Did he get a better deal from Scottie than he would have done from Riversgold Ltd?

Be careful.

This is huuuuge news. A project bought a couple of weeks ago for £200k from Lenigas of which 50% farmed out for AUD 30k. Or, for circa 6% of annual BOD salaries.

Whoosh!

Once again I am buying the spike.
