20/10/2022 09:19 | The lenders want their money back as has been contractually agreed. | scott kuntz
20/10/2022 09:00 | Won't be happening.. Current lenders satisfied with the growth plan :) | ![]() bambos22
20/10/2022 08:46 | Expect a VERY large dilutionary event imminently. (500-600 million new shares) RNS Feb 2022 "Following the funding solution announced today and the planned conversions outlined herein, the Company would have a total £1,460,000 debt of which principal amounts of £125,000 are due 31 April 2022, £720,000 being due end October 2022 and as announced on 14 December 2022, a further £619,000 due end December 2022." | scott kuntz

20/10/2022 08:06 | The new share issuing price recently has been 0.4p , the worrying question is what will the share issuing price be to pay off the £1.5M loans at the end of this month. If the answer is 0.25p then thats going the half the share price yet again and result in the company having more shares in issue than at an other time in its history. The latest rare earth deal is just another "dream selling" investment to replace the last (run out of legs) "dream selling" investments (Tring etc) | scott kuntz

19/10/2022 14:46 | Plenty of similar life-style scammers around, despite the high court ruling. Nobody polices them because, surprise, surprise, there's too much commission going for the brokers and hangers on (Pharmacal ? blog merchants etc) who promote them to naive private investors. Corruption (and naive 'analysts too) is impossible to stamp out it seems | ![]() lurker5
19/10/2022 08:49 | "He was behind the UKOG Gatwick gusher"! How did that turn out then? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
19/10/2022 08:28 | The next "research" note from Pharmacal will be a hoot! | ![]() kemche
19/10/2022 08:27 | Helpful - the very same. Been doing it for years. He was behind the UKOG Gatwick gusher! | ![]() kemche
19/10/2022 08:21 | That David Anthony Lenigas sounds vaguely familiar but I just can't place the name. So I googled it and this is what came up on Wikipedia: "He has been accused of frequently "promoting a company, pushing up the (price of its) shares, then raising cash by placing new shares — and (thus) diluting the holdings of the early investors",[14] described as "a familiar tale with most companies he promotes" And "In 2009 he was one of a group of claimants, claiming that he had been libelled when an investment publication in South Africa had described the group of executives of one of Lenigas' ventures as "cynically and greedily indulged in self-enrichment at the expense of, and contrary to the interests of, shareholders."[19] The High Court of Justice of the United Kingdom rejected Lenigas', and the other claimants' libel claim, and found in favour of the publisher" Don't know if this is the same person. Perhaps Scottie will inform shareholders on his Sock box interview. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
19/10/2022 07:32 | This is huuge news. Purchase of a piece of ground from none other than Lenigas! Whoosh! £200,000 - will be worth millions I tells ya! Reminds me of Junior's boss at RRR - buy a piece of land for £3.65 and claim it is worth millions. He has learnt well. | ![]() kemche
18/10/2022 21:01 | By the way, you still didn't answer that all important question but do you share childlike 'Jihadi' wives too but is that the reason for a harem of them? | ![]() one_frankel
18/10/2022 21:00 | A fan, hmmm!...Just dont like P_akiStani trolls that like to tell rather tall stories of their blatant P_akistani bredrins! ...But I'm sure you know of quite a few in your delightful community of inbreds hey! | ![]() one_frankel

18/10/2022 20:51 | Kemche, is it a P_akiStani 'Brotherhood' where Advfns finest 'Irritant' likes to not only confirm a blatant P_akistani fra_uds rather tall stories but can't seem to validate them for some bizarre reason! ...But do you share childlike 'Jihadi' wives too? | ![]() one_frankel
18/10/2022 16:12 | Scottie can do more damage yet. He's going on Sockbox again with Mc Bus and Fare Home. Hey, what's the weather like in Scotland and Rotterdam? Corcel pay for this "boutique" trash and Zacarius gives a chart analysis as well, I think. I predict 0.25p a share after Scottie reveals his business acumen. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
18/10/2022 13:02 | Excellent podcast by Junior - as always. Revealing yet more horrors. How does he do it? | ![]() kemche
18/10/2022 09:40 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? New acquisition announced! A brand new trough has been installed. The old trough was not fit for purpose. Too narrow. There's now a new mouth to feed. Lord Snotty's snout was getting squashed. Uncomfortable. How many snouts are there in the trough now? I've lost count. Of course some snouts are more important than others. Scottie has the biggest and longest. It seems to grow longer with every RNS. Parsons' is important too. Since he arrived the share price has fallen from a never to be repeated 3.25p to a continually to be reduced 0.35p. A ten de-bagger. Why does a £1 million company have an Executive Chairman? Remunerated at £172,000+ a year? No ten de-bagger there! Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
17/10/2022 21:13 | With no income coming in and with debt imminently due as we enter into a major downturn . Given the companies precarious position , one has to question whether this "entertainment share" can remain a going concern . | scott kuntz
17/10/2022 09:57 | Yes ! Strange that everyone except Agricore has 'missed' that $33.3bn 'value' and $32.6bn 'profit' ! I'm sure Pharmacal won't though. | ![]() lurker5 |
