16/11/2022 11:14 | Tring Road sold at a massive profit! £400,000 - £317,946 = £425! Good one! Whoosh! | kemche
11/11/2022 11:25 | RRR 2.0. Junior has learnt from the master. | kemche
11/11/2022 11:19 | My biggest concern here is no matter how positive the PNG story plays out this news is not around the corner unlike the companies debt time bomb due in March and the huge annual admin costs. These costs alone when converted into shares could add 500 million more to circulation and will make it very hard for any meaningful share price rise from that point. What this really means is shareholders can never win and because they always need a new dream selling story to be running in the mean time even more shares will need to be issued to create the illusion process is being made on the new rare earth project too. In summary this is an unwinnerable investment. | scott kuntz
09/11/2022 22:53 | "It is the intention of the parties to list the JV in Singapore in the medium term." "The Company has agreed with its Lenders to make a £150,000 immediate repayment with the residual balance of £627,600 being deferred to 31 March 2023. The Company has further agreed a refinancing fee of £77,760 to be paid by 23 December 2022 in new ordinary shares of the Company to be priced at the lowest VWAP of the Company's shares ("Strike Price") as traded between 31 October 2022 and 20 December 2022. The Lenders will have the right to convert any outstanding balances into equity at the Strike Price between 20 December 2022 and 31 March 2023. The outstanding balances will accrue a monthly coupon of 1%." | scott kuntz
09/11/2022 18:22 | You kill me Bamba! | kemche
09/11/2022 17:28 | Absolutely not true.. enough on the table for a re-rate and a fund call , warrants exercise at a higher price... This could explode to the moon with the right news | bambos22
09/11/2022 16:16 | A medium term Singapore listing if it ever happened won't be happening for at least a year or 2,so kicking the loan can down the road until March 2023 is simply postponing the inevitable time bomb until then. The only way they will be able to pay off their huge debts is to issue even more shares and set them at even low prices. | scott kuntz
09/11/2022 09:00 | I would guess ace manager/investor/for | lurker5
08/11/2022 19:16 | No shares traded today. Don't be surprised. Scottie gets paid a remuneration of £215,000+ a year (based on historical figures). That's £590 per day assuming he works 365 days a year on Corcel. Of course he doesn't. He is also CEO of Curzon Energy. Interestingly, there were no trades in Curzon Energy shares today, either. Because those shares are suspended. But Scottie still takes a remuneration of $169,000+ a year there (historical). No nickel. No vanadium. No cobalt. No gold. No rare earths. No copper. No Burwell. No Avonmouth. No Tring Road. No Southport. No Altana. No Arlington. Scottie cannot be paid on results. Perhaps shareholders can hope the Chairman will step in and sort the situation. Some hope. The Executive Chairman gets £172,000+ remuneration a year for his "dedicates at least 2 days a week to Corcel". Is that £1,653+ per day? What does that smell of? Be careful. | helpfull
07/11/2022 21:34 | Isn't Tring famous for stuffing DEAD animals? | scott kuntz
04/11/2022 22:16 | Statement Regarding Recent Press Speculation "Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, notes recent press speculation regarding its Tring Road and Avonmouth gas-fired peaker plants" It is interesting that a statement was made regarding "press speculation" concerning Tring Road (14" October 2021), yet when the company that actually owns the Tring Road prospect is sold: hxxps://www.solarpow Corcel decides to keep mum. Not a rumour or speculation. It has actually happened. Shareholders should be told. Is the Tring Road investment dead? Or not? What is happening with the £400,000 investment? Be careful. | helpfull
03/11/2022 16:03 | Big buy!!!!!! | bambos22
02/11/2022 11:34 | Where have all the millions of pounds from the many cash raises in the last three years gone? Surely they must have assets? A highly paid CEO and a highly paid Executive Chairman haven't lost it all on a series of "punts" and poor decisions have they? Be careful. | helpfull
02/11/2022 10:12 | And with that refinancing, any hope for any equity value, now or in the future, was efficiently wiped out. | mrzippo
02/11/2022 09:48 | What "asset" sales???? There are NO "assets" to speak of. | kemche
02/11/2022 09:47 | "The Company has further agreed to a series of potential accelerated repayment scenarios in the event of asset sales for cash or new equity placings before the balance of the loan amounts falling due." What a shocker! | kemche
02/11/2022 09:42 | Well Scottie? Have you lost the £400,000 investment in Tring Road or not? £150,000 cash and £250,000 of shares? Lost? What about Burwell? What about Southport? Do shareholders not deserve an answer? Be careful. | helpfull
31/10/2022 14:04 | What's happening? With the news that: "Masdar has acquired UK-based battery energy storage system (BESS) developer Arlington Energy in a bid to expand its presence in the UK and European renewable energy markets" what is the Tring Road battery storage position and the 40% Corcel stake? Has Scottie made a gigantic £400,000 punt and failed again? Does that represent 25% of the current company market capitalisation? Or one years remuneration for Scottie and Parsons? There is a reluctance to mention the FGS side of the company. Didn't Corcel have a secret humongous pipeline of battery storage opportunities? Shareholders will be last to know. If ever. Why don't the management disappear shareholders like they did Southport? Is that the ultimate goal here? 3.25p to 0.325p in two years. A one million pound company with an Executive Chairman. Be careful. | helpfull
31/10/2022 10:12 | Ettie - agreed. Under your tenure it was nearly as well run as RRR. So there is that. And should you not be busy with the "imminency" and "for once and for all" in DRC? | kemche
31/10/2022 09:26 | News out.. Tr-1 | slingerman
26/10/2022 20:52 | This has been disgracefully run since the former Chairman was ousted. Change my mind | atinos auntie ettie
26/10/2022 11:02 | We know it is taking between 8 to 10 months for bank transfers to clear at the moment. It is testament to the hard word of the entire BOD that they have managed to expedite this matter. Bravo. The monies should clear well in advance of the next fundraising. | kemche
21/10/2022 11:43 | Just listened to Scottie on Sockbox with Mc Bus and fare home. It's raining in Scotland. Sounds like WoWo Gap is a non-starter. Does FGS still exist? Have they disappeared all the dross about FGS they expected shareholders to believe for the past three years? Good news is that Scottie has costs under control. No need for any salary reductions. Remuneration at full steam. £215,000+ a year for Scottie and £172,000+ a year for Parsons. Because a £1 million company needs an Executive Chairman. Shareholders cannot complain. They have seen the share price fall from 3.25p to 0.325p in under three years. Expect more of the same. There is no shame with these bozos. Be careful. | helpfull |
