17/10/2022 09:28 | I hope Scottie doesn't feel the need to do an interview on Sockbox with Mc bus and fare home. We get it Scottie. Ever since Southport was disappeared. A market capitalisation of £1 million and cash raises of millions upon millions. Where has all that cash gone? To which people have all those cash raises gone? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
17/10/2022 09:11 | Some deep research from the asylum - just love that place: Agricore Posts: 705 Price: 0.40 Strong Buy RE: RNS17 Oct 2022 08:53 I think the point that everyone is missing is that Wowo alone is sitting on 83,000 tonnes of cobalt and 1,325,000 tonnnes of nickel worth $33.5bn at today's prices (which are low). Assuming a $10k* cost per tonne there's plenty of profit to make a listing very attractive. | ![]() kemche
17/10/2022 09:08 | That's some canny trading there! :) | ![]() kemche

17/10/2022 07:22 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Another cash raise. They are getting closer and closer together. The £300,000+ cash raise a few weeks ago never lasted long. Barely three months. How long will £200,000 last? Surprised they never did an Open Offer so shareholders could let management know what they really think of them, again. Trough filled for Scottie and Parsons. Does a £1 million company need an Executive Chairman? Can a £1 million company afford to pay Scottie and Parsons, £215,000+ and £172,000+ a year, respectively? Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
13/10/2022 06:39 | Does anyone have any ideas as to how CRCL are going to repay their £1.5M debts dues at the end of this month? | scott kuntz
11/10/2022 21:23 | Is Pharmacal still skulking in there ? Or is it bust now ? - what with its 'conviction' duds and Riverfort's £1/2m bail-out mortgage from 2021 hanging over it. It's rejigged itself though into 'investment' holding outfits, so we can't see. Its 'analyst' is still churning out 'cut and paste rehash' jobs though. The latest is, surprise surprise, another of Parsons' wheezes | ![]() lurker5
11/10/2022 19:05 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? A dangerous period coming up for shareholders. The money from the cash raise in July, along with the failed open, offer will last barely three months. There is a need to raise again to keep Scottie and Parsons well fed, £214,000 and £172,000 respectively. Those figures are two years old. They will be getting more now. Why does a £1 million company have two executive officers? Why an Executive Chairman? Expect no results from the pair. A year since Burwell was mentioned. They have secret "pipelines" in the battery storage arena that never mature. Have they ever existed? Membare and Wowo Gap are non-starters and have been for 50 years. Can you be fluffed by Dempster? How can these two justify their positions? Don't be dragged into their cash raising shenanigans. There is nobody willing to buy the shares. There is no market for the confetti. An after hours RNS is now just as likely as a 7am RNS. If not more. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
07/10/2022 14:33 | Hi does anyone know what the companies debts short ,medium and long term presently are? | scott kuntz
29/9/2022 12:31 | Scottie gave all investors the chance to buy shares at a "never to be repeated" price of 0.4p in the Open offer. The next chance will have to be at 0.2p and falling. Scottie will amaze investors with his ability to take as much cash as possible out of a £1million company with no funds, and managing to shread shareholder value to such a miniscule level at the same time. Where do these people come from? Is Parsons still Executive Chairman? Why? He has the same qualities as Scottie. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
28/9/2022 08:33 | Could CRCL buy CZN and consolidate all of junior's successful companies? | ![]() kemche
15/9/2022 09:45 | Has the dimmer switch gone out on the battery storage, gas peakers and the Altana option. Corcel is continually mentioning the forlorn hope of PNG. And belatedly Dempster. The ducks have stopped paddling. It might all be about contracts and making sure the pay off is watertight pretty soon. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
14/9/2022 19:15 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? With this company approaching £1 million capitalisation I think it is about time to bring in another Executive director. Scottie and Parsons have done wonders for the share price, just think of the boost a third would give. The trough is big enough. Anyone expecting news might have to wait until the money from the recent cash raise and failed open offer needs replacing. End of October is my guess. Or earlier depending on the cost of helicopter jaunts around SE Asia. Be careful | ![]() helpfull
13/9/2022 14:22 | We desperately need another "research" note from Pharmacal. It's all about the sum of the parts now. Get those shovels ready. | ![]() kemche

13/9/2022 11:32 | Rumour Mast is a flag attain the wind direction and parity wind does change direction. One once not use Mast to be a proper any good analysis. IMHO . | ![]() allinforabigprofit
10/9/2022 13:20 | Don't be silly ! Surely even Pharmacal knows how to sweep his droppings under the carpet. (Although one wonders) | ![]() lurker5
09/9/2022 11:42 | I wonder whether MAST will be used as a comparator in the next "research" piece by Pharmacal. | ![]() kemche
08/9/2022 09:13 | I think summer might end when they announce the yearly initiative for Dempster and then immediately cancel it due to the weather. I miss the Fairbum and Misery interviews on Sockbox with Scottie. They give a weather update for Scotland and Rotterdam. What is there left to disappear? If only Scottie could disappear PNG. There would be no assets remaining and the shares could be suspended. Just like Curzon. Don't worry the directors could still raise cash and pay themselves oodles and oodles. Shareholders might have to survive on cold noodles this winter. And every winter. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull
07/9/2022 09:28 | "we much look forward to meeting Cosmos over the summer to take forward these discussions" Does anyone know when the summer ends? | ![]() kemche
06/9/2022 07:39 | ECHO - whoosh! | ![]() kemche
01/9/2022 09:47 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? When does that money from the cash raise and the failed open offer run out? That trough will need to be re-filled pretty soon. This share is ideal for a fantasy share league. The projects being worked upon are secret and cannot be divulged to scum shareholders. They would frighten the sensitive captains of industry away. All imaginary of course. Yet it pays well for Scottie and Parsons. Are they back on full remuneration+ yet? It's a £386,000+ punt. I bet Scottie likes those odds. Be careful. | ![]() helpfull |
