In the Stockbox interview Scottie laughed off the cost of directors remuneration as insignificant.

In the year to June 2021 remuneration was £449,000. A rise of 18% against a total remuneration of £370,000 the previous year. This year it has probably risen just as fast to about £530,000. Somewhere between 25% and 33% of the value of the company. Insignificant indeed! It must be galling for shareholders who have invested thousands of pounds in Corcel to listen to such an arrogance, laughing in their faces, in the Stockbox interview. No shame.

Be careful.

The scores on the doors.

£336,000 raised by placing 84,000,000 shares at 0.4p, with 84,000,000 warrants exercisable at 0.5p, also issued

Open offer to existing shareholders at 0.4p, with associated warrants, to raise up to £300,000.

£21,320 only was raised in the Open offer or 7.1% of the possible £300,000. Is that a vote of no confidence in Scottie and Parsons and how Corcel has performed under their management?

Novum Securities have been awarded 4,466,500 broker warrants at 0.4p (according to today's RNS) out of a possible 15,900,000 broker warrants at 0.5p (according to previous RNS dated 20Jul 2022). Ignoring the pricing confusion of the warrants; it would appear for 7.1% success in the Open offer Novum get 28% of their award. A good example of rewarding failure?

According to Scottie in his Stockbox interview if Corcel received the full £636,000 the company would have enough cash to last until the end of the year. 5 months. They didn't. They appear to have raised enough cash for 3 months. Everyone back here for November?

Corcel still have an Executive Chairman who got £172,000 remuneration in the year ending 30 June 2021. It will be more in 2022. Does a company as small as Corcel need an Executive Chairman who is part time (2 days a week)? Can the company afford that? Is it good governance? It's good for Parsons. Is it good for Corcel?

Can Corcel continue with a CEO earning £214,000 a year? A CEO who has never produced a result during his entire stay. And continually makes mistakes.

No nickel, no cobalt, no vanadium, no Southport, no Burwell, no Avonmouth, no Tring Road. Is tomorrow the end of the Altana, £500,000 option? I will make an outlandish guess. No Altana.

Be careful.

"No prospectus will be issued in connection with the Broker Option"

All you need to know. To qualify for the Broker Option you need to be a shareholder or mug punter. If you are silly enough to hold these shares you will not need a prospectus to inform how the gas peakers are going (they're not), if Altana is taking up its 50% option (what do you think) or any other story that has been peddled.

The cash raise and the Broker Option is for shareholders benefit. Not to pay extraordinary remuneration to CEO, and would you believe, an Executive Chairman, who is part time but "devotes" 2 days a week to Corcel (easier to understand £214,000 and £172,000). It's a good cause.

Be careful.

Some big numbers coming out of Corcel this morning.

Scottie : £214,000

Parsons : £172,000

Remuneration figures for 2021. Expect 2022 to be higher. Scottie received £165,000 in 2020, so he received a near 30% pay rise in 2021. Can the same be expected for 2022? Probably explains why these people couldn't care less about the share price fall. These two can afford to laugh at shareholders.

The share price has fallen from 3.25p to 0.375p since this team arrived. The market capitalisation is now £1.6 million. In the first five cash raises the company raised £2,561,000. There have been several following on. Is that 30% pay rise performance? It would be foolish to expect these people to change. They have no respect for shareholders. Why should they? They remunerated themselves lavishly with shareholder funds. The 3 month 50% salary forfeiture is laughable. They struggled to raise enough for 1 years remuneration so they had to cut back. That struggle is reflected in the offer to shareholders in the cash raise. They have a pool of gullable mug punters on their doorstep.

Are you going to partake? Or do you wish you had never bought Corcel shares in the first instance? The shame of being a mug punter. Fancy a wager? Scottie gambled £72,000 on Avonmouth. It's on the record. Is this sort of management to be trusted with shareholder funds.

Be careful.

I thought Richie said he was holding £400,000 and his company's total holdings in bin bag shares are worth £15m. I can't see that post anymore but pretty it has been sniped.

Keep this post.

Juat so parties are aware here - "lurker5" clearly has an agenda against Align and Cor cel. We have taken screenshots of all his defamatory posts and a legal process called a Norwich Pharmacal Order is in process to discover his true identity.

As the owner of Align I can assure all shareholders we will bring to a halt these trolls and look to cost them materially financially for the damage they cause and malice (and which incidentally in Defamation Law gives rise to aggravated damages).

and sideways too.

I think you need to meet Richie in the hotel lobby, and share notes, but at least 5 solicitors with you, as he's a hotshot as he alludes to.

Would be nice if Align Research tells us how many employees they have, as apparently they are the market leader in AIM.

Helpful That is a truly staggering illustration of greed and incompetence at the expense of shareholders. That he paid Pharmacal to puff through an incompetent entity what any competent analyst could see and prove was a fraudulent misrepresentation of the potential share price adds to the smell. Unfortunately AIM is now drowned in similar ordure and the FCA turns a blind eye. If shareholders feel they were misled they should band together (maybe with EUA and others misled by similar fraudulent rackets) to bring a class action for fraud. It might help to clean up AIM in the long run.

Why is there still an Executive Chairman being paid £172,000 a year at this £1.6 million company? More than one tenth of the value of the company. For 2 days a week work. That's £1,650+ per day.
