10/8/2022 17:13 | Kemche the numpty | bambos22
10/8/2022 13:40 | Bambos has never come across 'tongues in cheeks', obviously. But, then, numpties remain numpties because they are incapable of ever being anything but numpties (Bit like our ace 'Doctor' friend) | lurker5
10/8/2022 13:08 | The problem with Mambare is logistical. The shovels are in Southport. Unused, but a little rusty. Whether they can be used is a £72,000 gamble. But there's plenty of blue sky. If you dig vertically down at Mambare and keep digging straight to the other side of the world you will emerge at Dempster. An interesting fact. Perhaps the company could issue a RNS highlighting the synergy. Be careful. | helpfull
10/8/2022 12:57 | Ah whoa bamba! Are the shovels still ready? Let's just get the next fundraising done. | kemche
10/8/2022 12:52 | Mambare news just around the corner.. Patience prevails.. Kemche will all know who you are :) | bambos22
10/8/2022 10:14 | He loved RRR, UKOG, DOR, OCT, LDP, WSG, NMG, OCT, ALO - is there ANY super successful company that you have NOT backed? Quite a record! | kemche
10/8/2022 10:00 | Umpteen fundraisings later: bambos22 - 06 May 2020 - 22:05:36 - 16615 of 17853 Regency Mines 2010 and beyond - upside limitless - RGM Nope... No placing.. fully cashed up.. do some research mate | kemche
10/8/2022 09:58 | From the classics section: bambos22 - 01 Jul 2020 - 09:27:49 - 17334 of 17853 Regency Mines 2010 and beyond - upside limitless - RGM I'm just short of a notifiable interest and hold many other resource stocks... RGM is on an upward trajectory | kemche
10/8/2022 08:52 | Mambare ia the prize and it's coming! And so say the PNG authorities | bambos22
10/8/2022 08:37 | No Altana RNS. No Burwell RNS. No Mambare RNS. No WoWo RNS. No Nickel RNS. No "secret" list of battery storage prospects RNS. The reappearance of Bambos. There are placing shares to sell. 84,000,000 of the babies. The placees are the people paying the remuneration now. Expect tweets 'till your heart's content. Nods and winks. They can tease and fluff the mug punter. Nothing official. No backsies. Nothing different from the last ten years. Is Parsons still Executive Chairman on £172,000 remuneration? Who does that benefit? Be careful. | helpfull
09/8/2022 19:56 | "Kemch talking rubbish again.." True dat. Has been doing it since the RGM days. The utter scoundrel. | kemche
09/8/2022 18:46 | Kemch talking rubbish again.. Up she goes | bambos22
09/8/2022 12:53 | I have re-visited the sum of the parts valuation and now have a price target of 46p. I may be wrong. But then again I am no Pharmacal! | kemche
09/8/2022 12:31 | Last update by our ace 'doctor' 7th June. "By any yardstick we believe Corcel is well undervalued. We initiated coverage on the shares in July 2021 with a Conviction Buy stance when the shares were trading at 1.625p and have since upped our target price a touch to 20.03p." !! - A touch ! And to two decimal places to boot ! Phew. Must have been 'calculated' by some sort of professor ! No mention of the disappearance of the peakers who contributed 79% to that original target however ! Well Well ! No mention of the major dilution that will have to accompany any development of the nickel assets either ! Well Well again ! (But maybe Pharmacal has used this update to persuade Riverfort to hold off ? So it will have been some use to someone after all) (All my own ignorant and very unreliable opinion - of course) | lurker5
09/8/2022 11:11 | Don't know what Align paid for its 36m shares or when. But if before March '21 it will have lost (on my inaccurate calculations) around £300,000. That compares with the same approx margin it had of its 'investments', at its Feb accounts, over its £500,000 Riverfort loan and other creditors (probably broker accounts). Don't know how its other investments will have performed since then. But if badly it will have eaten into Align's then £1.4m net assets and, perhaps, broken any loan covenants. So who knows (very unreliably of course) - that's why to expect some new, desperate, puffing from the wizard analyst responsible ! (If he's still employed)Perhaps Pharmacal will try another one. I'll volunteer - for that £30,000 fee upfront ! | lurker5
09/8/2022 09:25 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? From the RNS dated 27 July 2022: "The Company now intends to issue Novum Securities Ltd 4,466,500 Broker Warrants ("Broker Warrants") to subscribe for 4,466,500 new ordinary shares. The Broker Warrants are exercisable at a price of £0.004" That's £17,866 of warrants to Novum Securities. But what for? The broker option subscriptions achieved £21,320. Barely worthwhile for shareholders. But it keeps the trough topped up. For Scottie on £214,000 remuneration (in 2021) and Parsons on £172,000. Not for shareholders. Is Parsons still Executive Chairman? Really? For a company this size?. Is that good corporate governance? Who decided that? Be careful. | helpfull
04/8/2022 13:53 | Altana saw the calibre of the people involved and decided they MUST get a piece of the action. Was this not supposed to be a "game changer" according to the redoubtable front stabbing Pharmacal? | kemche
04/8/2022 13:49 | Whoosh! 27/7/2022 16:35 | Wonder how the ol PhD student is doing. He is probably the only team member doing anything of value. Maybe Scottie & Parsnips can give us an update on him? Bit of light entertainment while the ship slowly sinks. | mrzippo
27/7/2022 16:26 | I guess Elon Musk did not participate in the fund raise then? | mrzippo |
