Oink! Oink! Anyone?

Another cash raise. Barely one years remuneration for the BOD.

Another dilution for shareholders. But what do the BOD's care? They can't hear you. Their snouts are too deep in the trough.

Be careful.

No placings needed here. The co raised £600k last month and have a potential for another £960k to come in from warrants at 2p.

I can see a run of news to take the share price to 2.5+ which will bring in the warrant money.

So now dumchee wants the company to be profit making and the market cap still at £4m, and share price 1p, genius.

And now?

Market Cap now £1m.

2022 directors wages..

Parsons £196,000
Kaintz £236,000
Ainsworth £40,000
Bellingham £28,000

Total : £496,000

Achievements = Zero.

Half of total market cap goes on these clowns wages.

Alrighty then.

I wonder if Align would consider returning their "Research" fee(s) to the company? Or compensate shareholders who might have been persuaded to invest on the back of their SOTP valuation? Does that still hold?

Anyone know the collective noun for a group of people who shouldn't be trusted?

Be careful.

We have made our views very clear to them regarding their execution this yr & their salary take

We all know that Pharmacal can be a bit of a bully but is he seriously threatening to execute them before the end of the year? A bit strong I think. We all know they are utterly useless and we have been saying so for years now but this is not Iran. It's one thing threatening to duff up posters here but threatening to execute directors is a step too far.

I'm a little disappointed that Parsons never brought his old mucker Marco Fumagalli on board when he departed Echo Energy. Now there's a good man for a remuneration committee. Alas he accepted the offer from Ascent Resources. Another Parsons shoe in. Couldn't be bothered to check but I think it would be odds on that he is on the remuneration committees at other Parsons shoe ins like Sound Energy and Coro Energy and his dear departed Echo. First priority is always to get the remuneration committee sorted, I think, that's where the money is.

Shareholders shouldn't think they can dislodge Scottie and Parsons and the remaining directors from their £496,000+ remuneration. Parsons knows how to leave a company and his pay off will have been calculated to the last penny of shareholder funds. People don't realise the import of this.

Best to believe that Corcel has a FGS interest and that Burwell is "imminent" and that Southport never happened and that Mambare is "imminent" and that WoWo is world class and that the independent directors are independent and that a £1 million company needs an Executive Chairman on £192,000 a year and that Scottie is a maverick American Special Forces nice guy who knows what he is doing.

Be careful.

“As disappointed as the next man. Sadly not played out. Remuneration has been way too high for mgmnt. AGM up on 22 Dec - all shdlrs have an opportunity to vote off Ewen Ainsworth who signed off on the remuneration”

That's not very sum of the parts from Pharmacal. How rude!

I wonder whether he is proposing to bash him in?

It is easy to work out. There is a simple formula.

Divide the remuneration of the BOD, which is £496,000, by the market capitalisation of Corcel, which is about £1 million, to the power of the number of failed gas peaker and battery storage projects. Take that number and subtract the number of those creepy talking head videos Scottie produced and add on the number of years the company has been waiting for the Mambare license. Round down to two decimal places and multiply by the combined total of bonuses Parsons and Scottie were awarded last year when the share price plummeted (clue: Parsons was £30,000). Divide by the share price when these two bozos took over (3.25p) before taking off the current share price (0.22p). Multiply by the next cash raise which is coming soon.

Be careful.
