Mr A.F. You have summed mark up perfectly he knows what his doing and not doing and yes he’s had the time of his life. For me recently there more BS coming from the man .He goes on commenting that this and that minister have offer help and still duck all s done the 14 heckers is a over grown mess again but he can bat on it’s done

@ sir andrew i could not agree more.
Mark switched from the dream of shareholder money building a mine to the dream of shareholder money paying mainly his salary some years ago.
If his upper lip was less stiff, he would get many more questions regarding the success of his management.

book5, I agree Mark has made schoolboy errors, either through stupidity or naive I've no idea. However, he's thoroughly enjoyed himself along the way, we are probably the hopeful idiots. I initially thought he was the right man for the job but recently I think he's like many others in the junior mining business. :-)

One of my contacts just told me:
-this Thursday and Friday there is a mining conference in Nicaragua. Cnr should attend, and following 888 lead above, MC too. I remember last year mc and his main man in Nicaragua attended this event
- they are running a survey to the miners, I have asked for details

I just revisited Marks interview a month ago at the World Gold forum. He mentioned that some big mining companies were discussing earn in’s to the project. A very big company who’s primary interest at the moment is copper has signed an NDA and is considering an earn in with say a 60/40 split in Condors favour relating to 20-30 million tons of copper. The big company takes all the financial risk regarding the project. A little latter he mentions that Rio are currently focusing on copper in Nicaragua. Rio seems a strong possibility.
Other big companies may discuss earn in’s on gold which is becoming popular with some of the commodities focused Royalty companies.
Mark is currently en route to Nicaragua so let’s see if he can bring us some big news before he leaves.

Clearly OG your grasp of logic is very poor. You can’t own my house although if you offered me 4x it’s value I probably would sell it to you just as the remaining 0.6% are trying to extort CNR. However you can’t CPO my house (Hs2 could for an Infrastructure project) but because CNR have permission to mine they can use CPO’s and that is why Mark says the land isn’t a problem.
Anyway no one else seems very interested in this as today’s volume is just 12700 from 5 trades and Up0.8%

You know what 888ICB I really want to try and sympathise with your viewpoint and positivity, but you make it nigh on impossible with your standard line about deramping or trading. We are all here to make money and don't want to see this go pear shaped, or don't you get that?

I am sceptical about the land issue and suspicious of Marks inconsistent statements - but that most certainly isn't because it suits my 'trading strategy'. Quite the opposite. It definitely does not suit my trading strategy.

Being blindly optimistic, and ignoring the realities of the constant disappointments and performance under delivery, would much better suit my trading strategy.

So he's a fantasist then, as are you with your insistence that anyone who is troubled by inconsistencies in MC's public statements must be trying to influence the price for a trade.

My interpretation of “the land not being a problem”and “we have all the land” is that Mark knows he can buy all the land. If he doesn’t get it by negotiating which has now achieved 99.6% then he can force it by CPO. So he can say he has all the land because he knows that can own it all. I believe Mark that the land is not a problem other than in the mind of a small number of irritating shareholders who keep raising it to suit their trading strategy.

I have not sold any Condor shares and I do not intend to, not for a long time. Nor will I be selling any other gold or silver shares that I own and I own a lot for my sins. Gold and Silver are in the process of finding a bottom before they start their assent of Everest and today I bought some more because it is rude not to. Big miners are coining it in at $1800 oz gold and at $20 oz silver. I will probably buy more very soon.
