Hope he is not full of sh1t. We have been through his fairy tales before. Not so long ago rio tinto were hoovering up the hobnobs in the data room because of the immense copper reserves we have. He is good at speaking out of the side of his mouth.

Condor Gold Provides an Update on the Sale of Assets

On 22 November 2022, Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; TSX: COG) announced that following a robust and economically attractive Bankable Feasibility Study, also known as a Feasibility Study, on the La India open pit, it appointed H&P Advisory Limited (Hannam and Partners) to seek a buyer for the assets of the Company. The Feasibility Study Technical Report was filed on SEDAR titled Condor Gold Technical Report on the La India Gold Project, Nicaragua, 2022 dated October 25, 2022 (2022 FS) on 26 October 2022 and is also available on the Company's website www.condorgold.com. The sales process is now entering the end of its first phase with various parties having conducted site visits and others ongoing. Three formal expressions of interest including 2 non-binding offers (subject to further due diligence) have been received by the Company and further offers are expected as nine companies are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).



Mark Child, Chief Executive of Condor Gold, commented:

"I am currently in Nicaragua hosting site visits for gold producers conducting due diligence on Condor's La India Project. There are currently nine companies under a NDA, all of whom have access to a virtual data room, which includes all drill data, technical studies to Feasibility Study level, details of permits to construct and operate a mine and financial models. The Board is confident that a binding agreement will be reached. Investors will be updated in due course."
Now there is something to talk about. A welcome RNS confirming the sale process is going well and offers are on the table with more expected. A perfect scenario for a bidding war.

Book, it says enough. 2 non binding offers already. Oh, you said the company couldn't sell the asset because we haven't all the land yet. Absolutely rubbish. Other projects got sold way earlier than we have progressed.

Yes I have filtered book5 and frankly all the baseless speculation is folk only showing themselves up.
The co are doing the right thing by saying nothing until there is something tangible to report on.
That is exactly how they should be acting during the negotiations process.

Mark Child doesn't even think the shares are worth 15p. All he wants is his "consultancy fees" and probably other benefits which should not be mentioned.

A price target of £1.02p was offered by share price Angel in 2020, so what does the company do, put Condor up for sale when the price is 20p

Even worse, Mellon was promoting Condor at the likes of Master Investor a few years ago when the share price was 40p-50p range, he recently demanded warrants at 15p and provided a CLN for a mere $1m convertible at 15p

No wonder shareholders feel more than aggrieved, as for Mark Child well the less said the better.

Book5 just makes it up and is a serial deramper. The sale process is being conducted in a very professional way with no leaks. I don’t comment on this bb because it is just a bunch of derampers talking to each other. When we get some actual news I may comment but I would recommend filtering the nonsense posted by book5. If you look at his history he frequently has to completely reverse what he has said.

I am not speculating, I know bcs I chat frequently with the person that is taking cnr to court very soon, his lawyers are moving as fast as they can and are motivated for several reasons.

And, my previous message was a direct warning to mc of what is coming soon as sure as today is Friday and cold. He most probably know anyhow how they cheated and create ambiguous contracts
All could have been solved by mediation yet cnr refused, now it may be too late.
Who knows, may be cnr will buy the judge and my friend will get nothing

this has been a very bad share for me , and the main problem has not been solved yet : the land. Now we are facing with other problem, how sell the company without having all the land, and a corrupt government that is taken all they can from us in their favour (as for instance banning calibre from buying us, reduces competition and quick deal)

Where are the cpos we were promised 2.5 years ago? Nowhere
How is going on the process of registering our (???) deeds...
They could rns on the progress of buying the last few properties and the registration of our deeds. They have a good reason to do so bcs those are the main stated reasons they used to raised the funds; to be fair MC did not put a nickel and is taking around £1k per day, for doing what exactly? At this rate in June there will be more dilution

pls MC sell this at least for 30p per share and do not raise any more funds, tell us how things are advancing

Mark's not communicating, Jim NEVER has.

At a time like this when the stakes are high it would be much better for you to keep schtumm.
