I'm puzzled that there's been no update about the long queue of keen buyers visiting the site and putting in competing bids. I know Mark habitually gets his shoelaces caught in his fly but Jimmy could be earning his warrants by showing Gates and Bezos the rusting mill parts and the water delivery cart.

122k SHARES traded in TSX down 10%, more volume than usual, someone loosing faith, or most probably the price is catching with London quoted price

It is possible that the Directors were not able to purchase shares in the open offer because they were in possession of inside information such as offers or likely sale price. Jim Mellon did not take up any shares in the open offer. Jim provided a £1 Convertible loan which he converted at the time of the open offer just a few days later. I just wonder if that allowed him to acquire more shares when it wouldn’t be allowed under the open offer. I am not sure if that is the case but put it out there for discussion.

sale announcement and raising cash are not promising when are done in tandem.
raising cash means there are not buyers happy to pay more than current market cap
the OO was not fully subscribed and looking to CNR website it appears that the directors, except, JM did not buy any share a 15p !
gold price may help with the toll mining
by summer we may be sold btw 15p to 27 p if we can not do a decent toll deal
i would love 60p dont take me wrong but to me it is unlikely given the poor directors support at 15p and lack of news regarding the offers? are there any decent offer for la india above $100 million? we should be have been told by now

Looks poised for a decent move, a premium being asked for just £10,000 of shares, noticed this stock is sensitive to smaller buys also.
