Volume improving today.
The improvement is only relative to some very low volumes in recent weeks but we have to go back to 17th January to find a higher volume. It’s time we had an update and perhaps investors are expecting it soon if we see a higher volume week.

I am wondering if We may have just booked the broker to sell and actually haven’t started the process yet till we own all the land, otherwise it will be a loose of time?, may be a bit of spin by MC?.
Coop may have only received the formal deeds recently; the purchase process seems to have started with the measuring of the coop’s land by condor early this week.
I believe that if we can’t sell by next April we will start a toll deal and get cash to keep this going (to finance the sell later on , or saving cash to finance later on)

books5 - What chance in your opinion that MC will be unable to get bids above 15p for the company? If so what in your view is a likely steal price share holders will have to accept?

all is possible
stakes are high for cnr and the community
imho:
i believe there will be some horse trading
coop will get part of la mestiza, and some officials will manage the rest?
we will try to sell la india when we oil some hands
villagers will loose
investors want to keep clean of the horse trading
too much risk, still probable we will sell, question is the price
first need to negotiate with coop, getting closer

complains via townhall coming due lack of jobs, miners need to work

guards have been scaring miners saying that the army would take care of the properties.

not good situation for local community, they are not jobs! there will not be jobs in the long term unless they keep la mestiza for future generations

there is progress with the surveying of the coop land

this week condor was on the cooperative 's land measuring the area of their land hopefully cnr will buy it soon
there will probably be complains as cnr is given notice to all the miners and jobs are disappearing fast.
cnr has carried out making people redundant
