01/3/2006 10:33 | hard work Where as 25 March come from? MM | mmorrismikey
01/3/2006 10:31 | I reckon they read this board! Exclusivity period extended to 25 march edit: or rather they are extremely good at keeping their shareholders informed | hard work
01/3/2006 10:21 | Hard work. Even of the exclusivety period ends without a decision, would any company be in a position to go straight in and try and grab this deal? If DD isn't complete, it's for a reason, and I would have thuoght that would make any likely competitior nervous too. FWIW, I spoke to a contact in the city yesterday, and he was very positive and saw a higher share price coming, after hearing good things about the deals they are looking at. Not a ramp, just a comment form someone I trust. | andy
01/3/2006 09:15 | the 1st doesn't end until midnight tonight...and that's only the exclusivity period - doesn't mean completion has to be by then, though I agree with Johnyee - nerves are jangling | hard work

01/3/2006 07:22 | I wish PH would put out some kind of a statement just to calm the jingling nerves of shareholders but I'm certain if they wern't going ahead with the aquisition they would have said so by now. | johnyee7
28/2/2006 20:10 | tsmith9426, no gain at the end I'm afraid. Check OFEX site. You cant trust advfn for OFEX prices. | papillon

28/2/2006 17:44 | I hope I'll be able to reap the rewards out of CDE like you guys have out of Vog! (As long as this board doesn't become quite as excitable...) | hard work

28/2/2006 15:35 | Interesting article Safiande. I cant trade OFEX shares online with TDW. Have to use phone. More expensive and can never get through. Anyone any suggestions? | papillon
28/2/2006 11:55 | Many a slip between cup and lip, but we were told only a few days ago that everything was on schedule so quietly confident but would like the uncertainty to be over Edit: Plus the price is holding steady which I'm reading as a positive sign | hard work
28/2/2006 11:51 | Everybody quietly confident? | papillon
28/2/2006 11:37 | It's the end of the period of exclusivity. | hard work
28/2/2006 11:01 | 1st tomorrow is that when there option runs out | tsmith9426
28/2/2006 10:58 | Gone very quiet on here. | papillon
26/2/2006 10:05 | JAckohelp, If I have time tomorrow I will ring PH and see if he can supply any further information, but I am at work, so it may not be possible. I do like the management team they have put together so far, the ex USSR Minister of Geology must have some decent connections, and is probably looking for a pension pot, so he must have brought something to the table IMO. CDE reminds me of SEY in the early days, experienced mnagement in place, then the projects. I too would like more info, but we are very close to the end of the exclusivety period, so hopefully we should know fairly soon. | andy
26/2/2006 09:52 | agree with that andy. they took on the new guy as well which bodes well i suppose. surprised the 3p figures aren't out here for pechora. does anyone else have them? | jackohelp
26/2/2006 09:49 | jackohelp, Well I've looked around the web several times, and can't find any information regarding pechora Energy in the English language. I did hear the Bloomberg interview before it was pulled, and PH said it was an exidsting producer, with a railhead nearby, so all the infrastructure was already there, and IF CDE went ahead, would be in production straight away. All I do know is the guys running the company are ex execs with Texaco, have experience in Russia, and managed to pursuade Bruce Rowan that they had something worth investing n. I guess that as with many early stage projects, until hard facts are presented, a bit of faith is required here. | andy |
