Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Concorde Oil and Gas, a recently incorporated company seeking to acquire
operational oil and gas assets in the Russian Federation, announces the
appointment of Steven Jaffe as its third non-executive director.

Steven Jaffe, FCA, is a Partner of Hazlems Fenton, the London-based Chartered
Accountants. After graduating from the London School of Economics, Steven
trained with Deloittes and qualified in 1976. He left Deloittes to become a
manager with a medium-sized West End practice before becoming a founding
partner of Hazlems Fenton in 1989. Although a general practitioner, Steven has
specialist skills in the advertising and film sectors and he deals widely with
UK tax compliance issues, both personal and corporate.

Steven Jaffe has worked with the Executive Directors of Concorde Oil and Gas
for three years and advised them during the formation of the company in 2005.

PETER HUGHES, CONCORDE'S CHIEF EXECUTIVE, COMMENTED:

"Steven's appointment will bring additional robustness to our internal
controls, which will be essential as we progress our business plan. Steven's
existing knowledge of Concorde will enable him to have an immediate role in
this important period for the company as we continue to evaluate our proposed
acquisition of Pechora Energy. As announced at the end of last year, we have a
period of exclusivity on Pechora until the beginning of March; progress
continues on schedule."

I doubt it zedder. For a start they would have to issue an RNS if they did since they own around 40% of CDE. I think CDE is holding up well but it will be a more pedestrian performance from now on?
