350gtr - read thru' the RNSs. The £1M is for DD and CPR for Pechora acquisition, plus DD on 3 further potential acquisitions. They'll need to raise more money when they transfer to AIM to complete the Pechora acquisition.

As an example, go back 20 months and just look at IEC.
Same early questions. Buying something of value usually pushes the price up!

Starting to look at this stock but concerned about the early stage it is in. Surely they will need to raise some cash if they are to buy anything - you don't get much for 1million. This usually pushes the prices down.

Anybody got any thoughts on this.

Tone itching to get in, but i would have to sacrifice either EME or VOG, there again might sell a few mrp, yes i can see where your coming from its like a coiled spring.

You might need to be a bit quicker with UEN. Volume is building and trading in the run in to the results suggests a move north fairly soon.

Zen, Shrewdie, sranmal and a whole host of other familiar names have taken positions there. Definitley one to keep high on the watchlist

Hi zengas, been reading your postings for the past few months,subsequentlly bought into EME, VOG and today in these babies also hoping to buy in to one of your other favourites UEN when the finances allows, i really appriciate your immence knowledge and research, i lost a lot of monies in the post tech boom, and only started up investing again pre christmas, all of my gains are down to you and following in your footstep, thankyou very much for your time and effort.

leeson im in here to the tune of over 600k shares now. I am looking for serious substantial upside in this one. Have posted a while back here, but have been busy with a few other things lately so just reading over the bbs rather than posting at the mo.

I would rate the calibre of the management in this one very highly and the people they have recently brought on board.

English Bigblls; I'm envisaging the share price to have good rally in due course. Lots of stocks have high intra-day MCAPS only to settle lower at the end of the day,meaning the value of the stock was much higher, yet overvalued in theory....Also, the company said it wants to purchase a viable working asset; i think it will be the potential from the purchase of that asset that will drive the share price

It does seem that a lot of people have money invested in the same companies. I'm in CDE, EME, VOG, KMR and PET(Boooooo). Just goes to show how many people rely on the information posted on ADVFN.

Glad I bought into these the yesterday at 11p

Hold EME currently on 100% but aint sold yet !

Hold VOg average at gbp1.68 with a quite a few shares; pleased. :-)

Does Zengas ever post on this stock? he has so much techical anyalysis its unbelievable!!!!!



Hoping CDE will pull a rabbit out of the proverbial Hat soon; and list on AIM. I suspect once it gets to AIM, there will be much more interest, but that will be when this share price is probably more around 35-45 pence.

Glad to be onboard. I looked at these a few days ago after spending Sunday evening wading through hunderds of posts on a handful of different companies. Thought about buying Monday morning, but bought EME instead. Looked again yesterday, but chose against it. Looked again this morning and thought I should take a leap of faith. I've missed out on so many other companies like VOG (looked at them at 90ish pence, but bought in at £2.35) so thought I should commit myself. Looking good so far. Not a bad rise for one day!

Indeed, hence why people are buying in now IMO.

Clearly there are no gurantees, but IF they announce a deal, we will have some tangible facts to work the numbers on, until then it's guesswork.

Can't remember if it was you that mentioned this Co on another company BB, but I think it was. Bought this morning for 11.5p a share, so very glad I listened to you. Lets hope it keeps on going up!

By no means is an AIM listing a guarantee of anything, I have seen shares rise, fall and do nothing following a transferral to AIM, from all sectors including natural resources. There is often though a benefit of the firm giving existing holders warrants (either tradable or not) as a sweetener though...
