tsmith9426,

Yes it's nice to find a thread without dross.

Today's 10% rise was nice, supported by healthy volume too!

Wassaper,

Put me down for the presentation please.

I'm wondering if that was a sell, though purely to maintain liquidity. There was a similar 1m some weeks ago

If we were able to arrange an investor presentation with the Company (location most likely London), perhaps associated with a pre-AIM private placement would anyone be interested? Just post a quick comment on the thread and we will see what we can do.

sranmal - that's correct as far as i understand also and ultimately why CDE went through Ofex first, due to the new AIM rules.

Barely 4 weeks remaining now on the MOU exclusivity period.

A few points have been made recently for which I'd like to add my tuppence worth:

1. CDE WILL have to issue a Prospctus when it lists on AIM AFAIK:

2. Companies which float on AIM do not have to have a business, ie. can be cash shells. However, the rules have tightened recently in that cash shells must acquire a business within a certain time period (not sure how long) or they will be delisted, hecne, the reason why I believe CDE chose to float on OFEX to start with - it would not restrict them to making / rushing through an acquisition against a fixed deadline.

wassaper,

Excellent idea!

I would suggest James, as Bruce hasn't attended Minesite recently.

but Andy they could do a private placing in the forum we were in today...? We should explore it and I will mention it to Bruce at Minesite or get James to speak to him.

habayyut,

No I think is the simple answer.

In order to do that, they would have to produce a prospectus, which is both time consuming and costly.

I rang CDE and asked the question about a month ago, and that was the reply I received.

It is annoying, but they are rightly (IMO) concentrating on concluding oil deals, and DD on Pechora, so as a shareholder I'm pleased with that.

agree re: vog

also think cde could be huge, been reading up on it and becoming a firm believer.

when cde comes to aim will they allow holders to purchase more in advance of the move at a discount?
