Could you please provide evidence for the claim in your post, polo77? Or are you just another fantasist?

Do you also hold shares in WRN, polo77?

After all this time and effort getting CICG listed is going to seem to be like running a 2hr 10m marathon. Unfortunately that is just to get one business to the start line.

I'm amazed that Aymesco1 is not a WRN shareholder. It seems right up his street. They'd make a great pairing.

I don't have a problem I'm happy to wait. It will be nice when they list and you can get your £5 out and then you can buy another dummy to spit out!!

Maybe try another profession the de-ramping sector isn't doing you any favours your off the Christmas Card List.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The only "dummy" is you, buddy! MTV, TRP & CICC. You sure know how to pick 'em!

PS. You keep typing your when in fact you mean you're (you are).

You asked me to back up what I said and I did. It is looking as if you do like the answer. It also looks as if some of the asylum members might be starting to think that the key has been thrown away.

Leapdonkey (cheerleader by default) in the LSE virtual asylum:

'Fred your memory is faulty.but believe it,it will happen.'

No not a memory problem Leapdonkey, a judgement problem. I just wonder what Leapdonkey means by 'it'; insolvency perhaps?

Paps, maybe. I was asked for specific information by Mixi, so I spent a bit of time last night digging it out. I am sure that Mixi will thank me for reminding him. Reading some of the posting history was a little grim for posters with a bit of humility. Dr TD

Leapdonkey on LSE:

'A note that might be of interest to shareholders concerning the Canadian Court action. Any award for damages made to CIC is fully enforceable within the UK. The process is simply done by obtaining an application certificate for an EEO(European Enforcement Order) which then enables enforcement with in the UK.'

A few assumptions contained in the above statement. I would concentrate on the P&L and cash if I were in your position. That is what will provide the jam. I will also make a punt here, that if SB pursues his claim, then the costs will hit the P&L. TD

You're wasting your time, TD, pointing out the facts to "mixi", et al. They are all dreamers; they are all "Walter Mitty's". Such fantasists don't allow "the facts" to get in the way of their fantasies; they completely ignore them if they are at odds with their dreams of riches!

They are gullible. Unfortunately there are many gullible people about; that's why so many people fall for the most obvious confidence tricksters and their scams, such as "boiler room" (worthless) share pushers and internet conmen who prey on wealthy, lonely, older, women looking for "love" by befriending them with the promises of marriage and in the process draining their bank a/c's of cash.

Mixi, here is the 20 october 2014 notification of the change in accounting policy

'Part of the Company’s business was to provide advisory and consulting services primarily to clients in the mining
sector and in the energy infrastructure sector. It had been engaged to work for four client companies:
! CIC Gold Ltd (“Gold”)
! CIC Fuels Ltd (“Fuels”)
! CIC Brancepeth Coal Ltd (“Coal”)
! Sino Reserves Ltd (“Sino”)
Under the terms of the relevant advisory agreements, shares in the client companies were allotted to the Company in
lieu of fees payable on commencement of services. These shares were previously held in the Company’s books at
valuations based on IFRS 10 but have since been written down'

But no, Goulding responds:

8 Oct'14 - 10:01 - 6102 of 7029

'Well done s_s. On the ball, as usual.'

Any comments on that on the ball prediction from SB about the listing date?

Here is another load of Bollix as Harrissen would say:

Share Shark 8 Oct'14 - 09:54 - 6101 of 7029

(In response to some e-mail to CICC)

'Thank you for your email and phone calls. CIC is pleased to respond to your specific questions.................When will the Company be listed and which companies?

CIC Capital Seychelles we expect within 8 to 10 weeks to be listed. Prospectus now under review.

We are also listing at the same time CIC Gold Limited to prove the business model. This also within 8 to 10 week.'

....err, looked as if the UKLA choked on the prospectus rather than reviewed it!
