Who says that the UKLA needs to pull it's finger out, Aymesco? SB, or Dr Cowley? Be nice to know UKLA's position on the CICG flotation and the reason(s) for the delay.

So cash burn is "not relevant at the moment", leapfrog? What about the "expensive" office in Mayfair? That must be a significant drain on CICG's cash!

Aymesco on LSE worried about cash burn. Quite right Aymesco, the longer this farce goes on, the less cash will be left. A set of accounts would help you of course, then you might be able to hold an AGM and ask a few questions?

Yaris, I think that you need to stand in for Share Shark on LSE and give the asylum members a bit of leadership. The LSE are rightly giving ten bellies a hard time. Given that the CICG balance sheet is empty (that is only ten bellies word however) and there is no trading, the problem can only be to do with the characters involved.

EOG log chart. H-A candlestick bullish again today. Volume excellent. What will happen tomorrow I wonder? Lol.


PS. Investors liked Tuesdays EOG RNS. Pity I never read it!!

Congratulations on EOG. The Heiken-Ashi candlestick was bullish yesterday so it was a good bet that it would rise again today. I'll take a look at TYM.

How can you be quiet excited? Is it like Stewie having all that good news over 10 years & not informing his shareholders or the market about it (would that amount to pocketing it himself)? lol

pappy - My second bet of EOG is having some good brokers notes & press & may well break the cycle & go for a good run this year (though my other, TYM has not taken off this time, though you might like to look at the chart as it could easily do 100 to 200 % 6 -9 p in the next 6 months!!!!!!!

Regarding the delay in CICG listing it appears that Aymesco1 is swallowing the reasons given by the company (for the delay) hook, line and sinker.

For once Aymesco on LSE is getting warm:

The trouble is, Aymesco, SB has had to resign from the CICG board, presumably to give them a Kevin Pietersen of a chance to list. If I were the UKLA I would be worried about ten bellies' shareholding in CICG. Shadow Director comes to mind, and I suspect 10 bellies will not like to divest himself of his shareholding. I am sure that the UKLA will be looking for assurances that the newcos will not treat the shareholders with the same disdain that the CICC stable have shown.

Looking forward to seeing the Mayfair pad - or was it Gilwell Park?

2. Have posted, this week, an extract, from an email which you say you received from SB, would you for the sake of transparency you understand, be prepared to post the entire contents of the email to share with us as the email mentioned a venue re an AGM ?.

After reading your post I contacted SB and he confirmed the company would be issuing an RNS shortly regarding this, which makes me happy also, as obviously many hurdles have been crossed for the company to begin roaring ahead. LOL.LOL>LOL

unvkrw, most AGMs start with a set of accounts. A bit difficult for the CICC stable because they don't 'do' accounts. The aim of a CICC stable shareholder is to fund activities, and not to ask questions about those activities. Ask Mixy and he will tell you that the company have strategically decided not to file accounts.
