14/5/2015 13:20 | Is it in Mayfair, Cloud Cuckoo Land, TD? | ![]() papillon
14/5/2015 12:54 | Do we know where these plush offices are. The ad for the PA went out last year - or are they both more of the normal form over substance? | ![]() the diddymen
14/5/2015 12:41 | Aymesco1 Today 10:56 Who knows mate but it would be nice if the UKLA pulled there finger out I wounder how much cash burn the company is going through leapfrog Today 12:48 Cash burn is not relevant at the moment as monies spent will be minimal in line with the expected activities of a shell company as it holds ready for listing.Major cash outgoings will begin after listing. >>>>> Who says that the UKLA needs to pull it's finger out, Aymesco? SB, or Dr Cowley? Be nice to know UKLA's position on the CICG flotation and the reason(s) for the delay. So cash burn is "not relevant at the moment", leapfrog? What about the "expensive" office in Mayfair? That must be a significant drain on CICG's cash! | ![]() papillon
14/5/2015 11:34 | Aymesco on LSE worried about cash burn. Quite right Aymesco, the longer this farce goes on, the less cash will be left. A set of accounts would help you of course, then you might be able to hold an AGM and ask a few questions? | ![]() the diddymen
14/5/2015 11:31 | Yaris, just seen that you have posted on LSE, but I think that it will need to be a bit more than that. Another Friday tomorrow, another week, deadlines being extended again, no news. Do you think that ten bellies is going to look for a friendlier listing authority? | ![]() the diddymen
14/5/2015 11:25 | Yaris, I think that you need to stand in for Share Shark on LSE and give the asylum members a bit of leadership. The LSE are rightly giving ten bellies a hard time. Given that the CICG balance sheet is empty (that is only ten bellies word however) and there is no trading, the problem can only be to do with the characters involved. | ![]() the diddymen
14/5/2015 09:17 | Yes TD. It's gone very quiet on the lse bb. No posts since Tuesday! Perhaps they are all busy on the throne? After all the bullsh*t has to go somewhere if it's not posted on the lse bb! Lol. | ![]() papillon
14/5/2015 06:58 | When the LSE asylum goes quiet, ten bellies has a problem. | ![]() the diddymen
13/5/2015 22:06 | TYM chart H-A candlestick bullish, but volume low. EOG log chart. H-A candlestick bullish again today. Volume excellent. What will happen tomorrow I wonder? Lol. PS. Investors liked Tuesdays EOG RNS. Pity I never read it!! | ![]() papillon
13/5/2015 22:00 | Congratulations on EOG. The Heiken-Ashi candlestick was bullish yesterday so it was a good bet that it would rise again today. I'll take a look at TYM. | ![]() papillon
13/5/2015 21:40 | How can you be quiet excited? Is it like Stewie having all that good news over 10 years & not informing his shareholders or the market about it (would that amount to pocketing it himself)? lol pappy - My second bet of EOG is having some good brokers notes & press & may well break the cycle & go for a good run this year (though my other, TYM has not taken off this time, though you might like to look at the chart as it could easily do 100 to 200 % 6 -9 p in the next 6 months!!!!!!! | philfromfrance
13/5/2015 11:47 | Regarding the delay in CICG listing it appears that Aymesco1 is swallowing the reasons given by the company (for the delay) hook, line and sinker. | ![]() papillon
13/5/2015 07:38 | Paps, will that be something to do with Precedent Obama? | ![]() the diddymen
12/5/2015 21:29 | Aymesco's spelling hasn't improved! | ![]() papillon
12/5/2015 21:13 | For once Aymesco on LSE is getting warm: 'What I can gather is this has to be done 100% down to the tee as it sets president for the rest that's why The UKLA is going to depth with this' The trouble is, Aymesco, SB has had to resign from the CICG board, presumably to give them a Kevin Pietersen of a chance to list. If I were the UKLA I would be worried about ten bellies' shareholding in CICG. Shadow Director comes to mind, and I suspect 10 bellies will not like to divest himself of his shareholding. I am sure that the UKLA will be looking for assurances that the newcos will not treat the shareholders with the same disdain that the CICC stable have shown. Looking forward to seeing the Mayfair pad - or was it Gilwell Park? | ![]() the diddymen
12/5/2015 12:46 | Pappy - Stewie's so worried about negative reaction, he is even going to hold it in a "fort"!!!!!!lol | philfromfrance
12/5/2015 09:10 | CIC Capital - Chinese Mining & Energy Advisory/Consulting Firm - CICC share_shark - 24 Apr 2015 - 23:11:58 - 8008 of 8116 Well philfromfrance since you................. 1.Appear to be so happy about the fort coming AGM (as you are a shareholder) 2. Have posted, this week, an extract, from an email which you say you received from SB, would you for the sake of transparency you understand, be prepared to post the entire contents of the email to share with us as the email mentioned a venue re an AGM ?. After reading your post I contacted SB and he confirmed the company would be issuing an RNS shortly regarding this, which makes me happy also, as obviously many hurdles have been crossed for the company to begin roaring ahead. LOL.LOL>LOL >>>>> Where's the RNS, Miss Marple? On the 24th April you posted it would be issued soon. 18 days and counting!! LOL. LOL. LOL. | ![]() papillon
12/5/2015 07:27 | unvkrw on LSE: 'is there any understanding of an AGM date as yet or does this flow from the updates on listing and these taking part? cant cic fund have an agm anyway as a business, saying that aren't overall company results something that really need to be part of it?' unvkrw, most AGMs start with a set of accounts. A bit difficult for the CICC stable because they don't 'do' accounts. The aim of a CICC stable shareholder is to fund activities, and not to ask questions about those activities. Ask Mixy and he will tell you that the company have strategically decided not to file accounts. | ![]() the diddymen
11/5/2015 21:34 | Diddy - They have all been 'revolting' for years - its an awakening that has been needed & there is not much worse than being in a cult which has been proven to be a con, all along!!!!!!!!!! | philfromfrance
11/5/2015 20:34 | Hopefully ten dinners will be checking out the LSE asylum and realise that the inmates are about to revolt. | ![]() the diddymen
11/5/2015 20:30 | Paps check it out, I reckon it has to be Gilwell Park! Nothing to stop them selling it! | ![]() the diddymen |
