11/5/2015 19:06 | A cautionary tale from the NEW bb. I have come across socktrade before (he used to post as stocktrade on the lse). He had a penchant for highly speculative penny and sub penny stocks. He wouldn't listen to reason. He kept averaging down. socktrade1 11 May'15 - 17:41 - 6831 of 6857 9 0 This has been very painful for me, after losing over £80,000 in the past 2 years on Stocks, this has given me the final blow. i was up and could have sold at £11k, 2 years ago i had over £80k in stocks, now i have sold NEW for £2700, this is what i have left over from £80,000 i truly can not believe this has happened to me, the initial was £80k was meant to be invested in the hope of making more and eventually using it to start a business, i am truly gutted and there is no way on earth that i will turn £2700 back into £80k i only had £5k here but have lost alot over the past 2 years, its very hard and i wish you all the best of luck, such is life and i hope you are all very careful, i am an idiot and i admit that and there is nothing i can do to turn the clock back, please be careful all and good luck | papillon
11/5/2015 15:02 | I thought it was down the Old Kent Road? Lol. | papillon
11/5/2015 14:21 | Has anyone established the address for the CICG Mayfair property? are you sure that it is not Gilwell Park in Chingford. I may be wrong! | the diddymen
11/5/2015 14:18 | goulding - thought it was a 'nest of rampers' but from now will call it a 'we'!! lol | philfromfrance
11/5/2015 14:15 | Absolutely right Yaris, but this 'we' is out of character. Unless you are blind Share Shark is a lot closer to the action than you are, as the wedding photograph shows. Her silence is as important as when she is spouting her standard garbage. | the diddymen
11/5/2015 11:15 | What a dope you are TD. The 'We' is used collectively in many cases, one of them being sports fans. A MU supporter always refers to the club as we are going to buy... Or win at Chelsea. You don't have to be on the payroll to refer to we. Dope. | goulding1215
10/5/2015 22:42 | pappy - keep wondering if he could be S&MM's love child - The spelling, slaughter of the English language & fanatical cult like support, taken with a unrealistic sense of timing & reality makes this a possibility?!!!! lol | philfromfrance
10/5/2015 16:42 | umindthedoors Today 12:17 Aymesco1 Tricor is always worth a punt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Aymesco1 Today 15:12 Theres loads Mate we invest and get shafted! >>>>> You said it matey. You'll get shafted here as well. You get shafted everywhere!! Hope it's not your pension money? EDIT: It's solely your own fault, Aymesco1, that you get shafted. You keep investing in speculative scams, but never learn from past experience!! You are a gullible sucker and it looks like you will remain so. | papillon
10/5/2015 15:38 | Well Aymesco1 has been slagging off the CEO's/MD's (amongst others) of TRIC and MTV because he has lost/is losing his invested money. How long before he starts slagging off Stuart? Lol. Aymesco1's investment philosophy appears to pick the most speculative AIM stocks with readily accessible CEO's/MD's always available to have a chat with a rather gullible small PI. I don't suppose Aymesco1 would ever consider investing in a FTSE100 company because their CEO's/MD's don't personally answer phone calls from small PI's anxious for a chat!! Lol. | papillon
10/5/2015 12:41 | Aymesco1 Today 12:09 I read people posting on different boards and I have to laugh the aim is a sesspit of corruption the day of people making a good return are gone it's about day traders, bod paying them selfs big wages, bonuses dilution and consolidation. I'm so glad our bod sure the light and took us off here! >>>>> You are correct, Aymesco1. AIM is a cesspit (liked your spelling! Lol). It is full of corruption, day traders and BoD's paying themselves (spelling! Lol) exorbitant, unwarranted, wages, bonuses, plus never ending dilution. However you are wrong about CICC. They were BOOTED off AIM because they didn't have a Nomad and couldn't find one!! PS. I prefer companies with ACTUAL assets. LOGP is now my largest holding. Showing a good profit over the last 4 weeks or so following their decision to effectively put themselves up for sale. I'm in LOGP & PVR. They have assets that are (hopefully!!!!) being drastically undervalued by investors. We shall see. However what actual assets have CICG got? NONE as far as I can tell!!!! | papillon
10/5/2015 12:33 | Paps, Miss Marples has gone silent again. Her use of the term 'we' in respect of the company suggests that she is on the payroll and in the know. Historically she has gone silent when there has been another of those listing 'glitches.' CICG seems to have suffered in the same way as the bank accounts! Popples appears to be confusing a bureaucratic process (listing) with wealth creation. As you point out the key aspect of the listing will be the prospectus, when for the first time shareholders will learn what assets CICG owns. SB seems to have given the game away by referring to a shelf company. Once ten dinners SB has persuaded the UKLA that he is not a shadow director of CICG (despite his significant holding) and CICG is listed, it will be time to climb the 'Everest' of CICS's listing. Anyone seen the 31 January 2014 accounts yet? or are these going to be as slow as the listings. Perhaps the plan is to file 2014 and 2015 (and 2016?) together. A company attracts the shareholders it deserves. | the diddymen
10/5/2015 00:21 | "Well philfromfrance since you................. 1.Appear to be so happy about the fort coming AGM (as you are a shareholder) 2. Have posted, this week, an extract, from an email which you say you received from SB, would you for the sake of transparency you understand, be prepared to post the entire contents of the email to share with us as the email mentioned a venue re an AGM ?. After reading your post I contacted SB and he confirmed the company would be issuing an RNS shortly regarding this, which makes me happy also, as obviously many hurdles have been crossed for the company to begin roaring ahead." >>>>> Miss Marple posted that on the 24th April. Where's the RNS? | papillon
10/5/2015 00:16 | CICC has been de-listed for over a year. SB spoke of it listing again on the LSE main board in 8-12 weeks!! Lol. Then we had the rigmarole of the assets of CICC (share stakes in investee companies) being transferred to a new company domiciled in the Seychelles, CICS. That was supposed to be listed on the LSE main board some time ago, but it's still not happened. It was the original intention to list both CICG and CICF(fuel) in the summer of 2012. Still waiting almost 3 years later. Dr Cowley said 4-6 weeks for CICG listing around 10-12 weeks ago. Still waiting. I'd love to see CICG list because I'm dying to see if it has any assets and at what price it lists. All that seems to have happened over the past year is the utter confusion caused by all the complicated share distributions. Obfuscation? Playing for time? | papillon
09/5/2015 23:40 | The likes of goulding and popples are gullible mugs. Walter Mittys. Born to lose their money. | papillon
09/5/2015 23:36 | Good post, phil. Is CICC another WRN? Could be. We shall see. Why hasn't CICG listed by now? | papillon
09/5/2015 22:36 | goulding - Yet again you missed the point - doh!! Canute knew he could not hold back the tide & did it to prove to his followers that there were limits to his powers!! Stewie still thinks he can hold back the tide but his listings appear to be 'under water' & the whole affair looks more & more like a gigantic coc£ up!! The only thing we can give to Stewie is some credit for keeping 399 mugs (400 less myself), expecting better things to come when 10 years history informs you that you have been 'had'!!!!!!!!!!! Which just goes to show you, you can fill 399 mugs with water but the listings in the drink!!!!! lol | philfromfrance
09/5/2015 17:25 | I for one can't wait for these to relist. Forget the new Porsche I just want Papillon and his evil spawn to man up and apologise to everyone. Now that will be priceless !! I have been filtered by him. Oh the hurt. Lol | popples
09/5/2015 13:17 | unvrkw Today 08:25 Everything will rocket if the shares list, there aren't many holders and the assets are huge. >>>>> Lol, Lol. What assets, unvrkw? Can you name these "huge" assets? | papillon
09/5/2015 10:42 | Looks like the asylum members on LSE are confusing a procedural listing with substantive profits. | the diddymen
09/5/2015 10:33 | Ten dinners? | the diddymen
08/5/2015 18:29 | unvrkw Today 16:10 no idea when we are supposed to get news, I thought they had been awaiting the election results so that they could then press ahead with lobbying for perfect oil as they want it in all the shell garages by Christmas ???? I understand SB know Cameron well so he has picked the right side, also goes drinking with boris and he is now an mp so back in the fray. >>>>> Good jest, unvrkw. At least I hope it's in jest!! Lol. | papillon
08/5/2015 14:53 | Lol. Just because I post what I believe and it's at odds to your view you accuse me of being a troll!! Lol. I'm not even sure what you mean by accusing me of being a troll since I post on very few bb's and only ones where I hold (such as OXS, LOGP), have held in the past (such as CICC, IRG) or where I don't hold, or have never held, but think it's a scam (WRN). Edit: popples? FILTERED. I don't want to argue the toss with yet another CICC, WRN, Walter Mitty. | papillon |
