I know there are 2 buttons to press to restore normal width but have forgotten which ones lol

StephenNot a pessimist, but simple risk management.Got stung for a large 5 figure sum on Oxus which also was a cert, govt certainly in the wrong and then bang!!!!Days before Xmas shareholders lost their shirts. Happy Xmas Uzbekistan.Just saying with points of law, the most clearcut case can be overturned or dismissed on the most bizarre of circumstances.Long here with a six figure holding, but remain grounded with money which if lost will not affect my life.I am actually optimistic hence the investment here, but also realistic and aware of the risks.

I can understand here what investors are saying, but one has to look at the facts. Isran Noor was the one that cancelled our licences, he was the most vocal of them all. It was quite ironic that chl only found out their licences were cancelled by credit suisse in Switzerland. When chl pressed Noor he said no no the licenses have not been cancelled but later it was confirmed.

Now come on... with a level head, if Isran Noor did nothing wrong and allegations of forgery were strong why did he not go to the tribunal hearing? Why did he chicken out? These are simple questions but we will soon find out why.

If roi had such a strong case why have they been on the Back foot from day one, why have they delayed and defaulted on various stages of the case? They could have easily let the case move along but they haven't done that. Ask yourself why?

This whole argument of trying to burn chl cash is ridiculous, if ones arguments are genuine and then one should win at the end.

The onus is on roi to prove forgery, Noor failed to turn up and numerous docs were not provided. So we shall see....

Wulber, similar to ross, you are taking the view that pessimism is the watchword here, or as they like to say, realism.
Ok, would either you or others with similar views like to expand on your views? Those who are optimistic have already outlined why they are optimistic.
Perhaps you or others might like to identify personalities like Noor who have not been as crooked as has been highlighted here. Perhaps you have documentary proof that CHL are a group of bandits?

There you are, enough to be going on with. One liners stating, "CHL is doomed" or "all investors be very careful" all very noble, but hogwash without without full, comprehensive explanation.

Amateurish if you ask me. You need some advice from the real pro's of mutli fake names like Lesson or Yorgi, they would not make these schoolboy mistakes.
Debs you rely on quantity rather than quality, all your names are poor ,useless at attacks and witless. They have zero turn of phrase no humour and are so easy to spot, it's cringe worthy!
Sometime less is more, it makes it more subtle.

I think you have my point incorrect, i said earlier today if the ROI lose, it makes no difference to the final hearing!
That said,
If they (ROI) win, then the fact Churchill took no part in the fraud and acted in good faith will be significant.
The panel may well say that part of the licenses are forged, but that is a moot point anyway as CHL had no knowledge of such and so order the hearing to continue.
So they could technically 'win but that 'win' could have no affect on the final hearing!!

Her Debs has been alluding almost every post now for over 5 years totaling over 5k plus post, that either or settlement is due any-day or the shares are about to move higher. A huge buyer in background or talks are probably in the wings about a settlement! Would not like to out this weekend ect ect ect and thousands more. Do you get the general idea?

how i could be classed as a de-ramper saying the share price was 80% undervalued is again another thing lacking any logic.
