If we win tribunal we should all be very grateful to Prabowo because there is absolutely no way that the share price would be worth what it is today let alone the potential to be £2 a share and upwards. the price of coal and energy generally at the moment are still on the floor. As with all these start up mining shares there is usually continual dilution of value as loans and share issues are needed on a regular basis to keep the development going and to pay directors high salaries.

Poor Noor he saw Prawabo running for President and thought he would join the elite and go down in history as vice President if he gave license back to Nusantra where Prawobo is major shareholder.
Looks more like he will die in shame toppling and exposing the regime !

We also made enquiries and plans for a conveyer belt to port and buying the land for it that were approved so they certainly acted as if they knew us and who we were.
It was only when it was announced we had multiple bidders and JV options that the license was revoked.

Well chl have a paper trail, invoices were paid as requested, let see if Nusantara has a paper trail.

This was requested at the tribunal and i hope the report is really detailed.

Isran Noor will be heavily criticized.

If they win the forgery case chl will be over £1, roi will be desperate to settle.

Not just tribunal will be driving chl upwards, the battle between the president joko and his coalition rival Prabowo is hotting up.
Prabowo is the man who took the mine off CHL, and should joko manage to make some of the blame for this CHL case rest on Prabowo's shoulders, joko's job of governance would become much easier.
CHL case outcome will determine ROI presidency for the next 5 years.

i told you it will have another crack at 30p, one of my other stocks wsg has broken 30p. Its chl turn. With the long weekend alot will be piling in with news to very close.

Like a football match the outcome of one contest doesn't determine the outcome of another.

OXS were a different company with different personnel, involved in a different dispute with a different country in a different forum (ie UNCITRAL rather than ICSID).

So irrespective of what did or did not go on there CHL shouldn't be judged by the actions of OXS.

It only matters anyway if one is minded to try and play the market in the short space either side of the judgement. It's irrelevant to the long term outcome.
