26/8/2016 12:59 | If we win tribunal we should all be very grateful to Prabowo because there is absolutely no way that the share price would be worth what it is today let alone the potential to be £2 a share and upwards. the price of coal and energy generally at the moment are still on the floor. As with all these start up mining shares there is usually continual dilution of value as loans and share issues are needed on a regular basis to keep the development going and to pay directors high salaries. | theorb
26/8/2016 12:53 | Everyone can dream, even the crooked ones. Its been a long process and hopefully we can move forward quickly with no delays. This forgery case will make the correct conclusion of case a lot easy.Gl | neo26
26/8/2016 12:28 | Poor Noor he saw Prawabo running for President and thought he would join the elite and go down in history as vice President if he gave license back to Nusantra where Prawobo is major shareholder. Looks more like he will die in shame toppling and exposing the regime ! | debbiegee
26/8/2016 12:16 | deb greed is a very dangerous thing, one of the deadly sins, they saw the $ and then revoked. They saw the potential. We wont go quietly we want damages.. :) | neo26
26/8/2016 12:10 | We also made enquiries and plans for a conveyer belt to port and buying the land for it that were approved so they certainly acted as if they knew us and who we were. It was only when it was announced we had multiple bidders and JV options that the license was revoked. | debbiegee
26/8/2016 12:01 | Well chl have a paper trail, invoices were paid as requested, let see if Nusantara has a paper trail. This was requested at the tribunal and i hope the report is really detailed. Isran Noor will be heavily criticized. If they win the forgery case chl will be over £1, roi will be desperate to settle. | neo26
26/8/2016 11:51 | Limits at 29.5 gone, 29.75 next? | weegeordie
26/8/2016 11:34 | Not just tribunal will be driving chl upwards, the battle between the president joko and his coalition rival Prabowo is hotting up. Prabowo is the man who took the mine off CHL, and should joko manage to make some of the blame for this CHL case rest on Prabowo's shoulders, joko's job of governance would become much easier. CHL case outcome will determine ROI presidency for the next 5 years. | stephen1946
26/8/2016 11:26 | the trend is upwards now, its all good. :) | neo26
26/8/2016 11:23 | Looks like we hit automatic limit sells from cfds and spread bets dont worry we will hit these at every stage . | debbiegee
26/8/2016 11:18 | Any fallback after the forgery is won will be bought back up again. Hopefully debbie_goes_to_dalla | keeptoyourown

26/8/2016 10:45 | Stephen, Debbie Maybe these are the "personal problems" Mr Noor was referring too, time in nearing. Roi will not be able to turn a blind eye to this crime, the world will be watching. My guess early sept. | neo26
26/8/2016 10:33 | Oxs, i had 1.5m, but thats yesterday, forgotten. CHL, like debbie and neo, in the pullman having breakfast, will remain on the train until we reach our destination. | stephen1946
26/8/2016 10:28 | Stephen (7434) You're not spoiling my day ;-) And I didn't mean to sound tetchy - I lost a few bob on OXS (albeit thankfully a miniscule holding) so I won't be speaking well of them either... GL - I know you've been around CHL a long time and I hope it comes good for you whatever strategy you are decided on for entry / exit over the coming days / weeks / months as the next phase unfolds. FC | flyingc
26/8/2016 10:11 | Please accept my profound apologies for spoiling your day flying. Please rest assured it will not happen again. | stephen1946
26/8/2016 10:00 | Like a football match the outcome of one contest doesn't determine the outcome of another. OXS were a different company with different personnel, involved in a different dispute with a different country in a different forum (ie UNCITRAL rather than ICSID). So irrespective of what did or did not go on there CHL shouldn't be judged by the actions of OXS. It only matters anyway if one is minded to try and play the market in the short space either side of the judgement. It's irrelevant to the long term outcome. GLA - not long now. FC | flyingc
26/8/2016 09:57 | Stans a calunius arbitration went up 50% yesterday with first volume for many months ....another one i sold too soon. | pug151
26/8/2016 09:51 | With Churchill and the jurisdiction result, the RNS stated they had received notice of Intention to publish, not the actual result. | daddy warbucks
26/8/2016 09:50 | more or less only 1% sells ! | debbiegee |
