Seems like they have just thought of 1 thing after another apart from raiding our offices and the mysterious fire at HQ.
Then when we have had hearigns changed their stories so often so now it doesnt matter which version they tell they will be perjuring themselves.
Not to mention that Noor bought the charges on us and did not even bother to turn up !
All of his evidence has been struck off !

oh, I know that - it shows what a mess the whole thing was and probably still is! No matter - there are official log books that show that we did have the licences whether the maps were wrong or not!

Yes I think that came later.
There have been so many reports even just lately though that I have posted stating that they have so many different maps in the country.

Has anyone at all on these threads ever said the outcome due in September regarding the procedural hearing, is about anything else other than alleged forgery from Churchill's partner?
If so i have not seen it, so i find your post perplexing?

At the risk of repeating myself, this is an offshoot of the main claim. It is a procedural hearing designed to derail the whole claim.
If it does not succeed and i personally think it will not, then it's back to the main hearing subject!
If you read the arbitration papers you will see that happens to be the ROI claiming illegal logging and land use.
The main hearing is expected in 2017 and the result is normally 12-24months after that.

That, surely by now , must be easy to comprehend neo?

Yes, this was when they were thinking up reasons to justify the revoking of the licences - from memory it was forgery then logging, probably other things as well but I can't remember - different maps came into it somewhere as well.

Having an positive or negative view on a stock is okay, but when their is blatant manipulation going on by some it does take the biscuit.

He keeps going on about roi main case is illegal logging but he doesn't even know what chl according to roi did. So his can he say its roi main defense?

Yea some move by roi, challenge jurisdiction and lose, pay their fees and chl. Challenge forgery again lose and pay fees for both parties. These two parts of the case must have cost them $15m-20m. This including chl costs.Someway to bankrupt chl, it seems roi are wasting cash.Again I state the sept verdict is for authenticity of licences these Anda and Bad Robot stuff that has nothing to do with authenticity.

I agree with your thoughts on Debbie G. At least Churchill loosing is some compensation for what she does for banning posters like keeptoyourown for no good reason.

The key word there is "credible", and they are hiding behind that to try and justify not informing shareholders until after the financing referred to.

I cannot believe that conforms to market regulations, which state shareholders have to be informed of all price sensitive information.
