Well thanks to Neo ans Weegordie (both debs) hopefully we have established for the readers these main absolute facts.

1,Chl had its licenses revoked due to alleged illegal logging in 2010 The company saw fit not to inform shareholders until 2011!

2,It appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court court in Jakarta, Despite diplomatic efforts through various embassies all found in favor of the ROI.

3, it then sought recompense via international arbitration "ICSID for the said removal of its licenses due to alleged illegal logging. This is where we are now!

4, There have been many procedural hearings.
The latest of such is where the ROI claim CHL partner committed forgery with regards licenses. It changes nothing about the main original claim in why the license were revoked!
A previous procedural hearing in similar fashion the ROI government' challenged the (ICSID) authority to adjudicate the Churchill lawsuit.
It likewise was an attempt to get the case thrown out before it gets to the main event, the final hearing!

5 if CHL win the forgery outcome this has nothing at all to do with the main final hearing where the ROI defense is alleged illegal land use and breach of contract!
Using average past time spans the result takes 12-18 months after the final hearing that is expected in 2017.

6 Expect a final outcome in 2019.

I agree investors should do their research, read the past rns, read Quinlivans podcast and presentations.

Some posters seem to come when news is around corner and totally deflect from the points and talk some other waffle. Quite clearly they have an interest otherwise they wont be here. All that is happening is that they want to get in a couple of points cheaper.

Well sept is approaching, we shall see what transpires..

Sorry you can't copy and paste - it's all there if you can be bothered. Cutting down some trees is acceptable if access is required - this is not logging.
No more from me - life is too short to get pulled in to a fantasy world you have created.

We are trying to pass a resistance so there will be stock waiting on the books at every step untill we are through.
It was like this as we tried to pass 24 and 26.

Just one question weegordie. Considering that alleged illegal logging is the reason the license was revoked- and you're saying it was investigated at the time and cleared by police . Why are we at the arbitration now?
Why did they not get the license back when found to have done nothing wrong?
Moreover, if as you say. Police gave the all clear (very unlikely the police would go against Noor) Are you then seriously suggesting the ROI could defend a case brought against them when their own police proved the case without merit?

Or are we not supposed to notice that flaw in your assertion above?
