24/8/2016 10:33 | debs point taken. Good start for CHL today, people were eventually going to get in as September is fast approaching. The walls are closing in on ROI. Investors need to remember that if we win forgery we will not see these prices again and may regret not buying at these levels. If the forgery case is won than its all about the $1.3b claim and how much of it will CHL get. GL | neo26

24/8/2016 10:00 | Rusoro V seriously good news. ICSID likely to agree similar for CHL/ROI. The question is now not whether it will go up, but how much it will go up… whoopee! j | jswjsw

24/8/2016 08:57 | Even more gutted for not buying into Rusora. As they finished up 122.6%. It was not too bad when they was up 70%. Now the fear is that they will go up again, and will create sods law for Churchill Mining :(. As I remember I knew Oxus would loose because of another AIM arbitration share 2 years ago rising from about 5 to 55p. In my eyes it is always bad luck, so I hope the same does not happen to me here again. Maybe we should all post whats the worst thing we fear in Churchill. Feels good for letting this out. Now onwards and upwards for hopefully a very big win. | tivoliworldgaming
24/8/2016 08:17 | Ross, i was thinking along similar lines, not made a tad of difference that winner, but when oxus lost we suffered, weird. | stephen1946
24/8/2016 08:15 | I dont think many people saw the Rusora post as mkts were very quiet in the heatwave.Maybe repost early before they all go out as it certainly gives confidence | debbiegee

24/8/2016 07:52 | - central bank policies are going to “end in tears,” - the best way for investors to protect themselves is through gold but not paying dividends - so the smartest way is to buy gold shares that gives you a good dividend yield - I think Caledonia Mining Plc (CMCL) is one of them... don't miss the boat :) Tuesday August 23, 2016 16:58 (Kitco News) - Widely known Fed critic and Wall Street pundit Jim Grant says that central bank policies are going to “end in tears,” and the best way for investors to protect themselves is through gold. “I’m very bullish on gold and I’m very bullish on gold mining shares,” the publisher of the popular “Grant’s Interest Rate Observer” he said Tuesday. “That’s because I think that the world will lose faith in the PhD standard in monetary management.” However, Grant added that the yellow metal may not be the “best” for everyone. “Gold is money and money is sterile, as Aristotle would remind us. It does not pay dividends or earn income. So keep in mind that gold is not a conventional investment,” he explained. “But to me, gold is a very timely way to invest in monetary disorder.” The yellow metal has been under pressure as the Federal Reserve wavers on when the next interest rate hike will be. As expectations rise, the price of the metal falls and has been since late last week. December Comex gold futures last traded at $1,342.80 an ounce, down 0.04% on the day. Grant echoed this message to Kitco News back in February, when he said gold would likely move higher in response to the “wrong-headed notions and policies of our central bankers.” | 338

23/8/2016 21:31 | If Roi lose forgery i think they may stop contributing in the tribunal, they tried previously when they defaulted on their payment but there was a leaked letter written by chl here i remember to Australia parliament with regards to Indonesia violating investment treaty. I truly believe pressure was put on Roi to continue with the tribunal and make payment. Roi are screwed, they need to PAY. | neo26
23/8/2016 21:17 | Karateboy It does look from the outskirts that Roi have been naughty and especially with their behaviour with ICSID tribunal. $450m is alot money but they get to keep assets and with early settlement no one will truly find out what happened. The walls are closing in on ROI, maybe they might cave. We shall see, if they lose forgery i think roi will give up. I'd take £2, so would alot of investors here. | neo26
23/8/2016 20:57 | 1/3 of original claim plus interest for Rossi...if we get 1/3 that is $400m plus interest, share price of about £2 . If I were ROI , cut my loses and settle out of court in October. | karateboy
