buyemcheap, if that's the attitude you take towards someone who puts in a lot of effort to try and explain things to you then why do you bother asking?

I take strong offense to your insinuation that I have lied to you. I consider the accusation to be completely baseless and without merit. I'll take it as an unguarded comment made in the heat of the moment and politely request you retract it.

some sells and immediately the at or auction takes it up.....the graph shows a climb.where it will stop none knows but retesting 8p will be first target,imo...

Typo- obviously you make your own decisions in this game. But you "took a lot of time and effort" to descibe how the share was not going to go up. Not as you descibe above. If I had not listened to you I would have been much better off.

Also I don't take to the tone you use. I find it odious. If you spend to much 'time and energy' explaining your duff theories then kindly don't bother or explain them elsewhere.

I do think the current level of 3p is very generous (hence why I'd sell my holding and short my entitlement if possible).

But I suppose the inane 'this could ten bag' is strictly correct, just as it is correct for every share on the market.

smokey,you forgot something....£10 mill raised and money left from previoulsly+tax credit due....finals due also that will explain to details how much cash in....probably 2.5p in cash alone....

Reasons for optimism from latest Annual Report.

1 power per cell increased bty 40%
2 degradation rates now in line with customer requirements
3 technical validation of product by independent industry consultant
4 new business arrangements open up markets for multiple applications not just m-cph, such as vehicle auxilliary power.[in USA lower cost of shale gas is leading to transport vehicles converting from petrol/diesel to gas providing a massive market for gas derived auxilliary power]
5 New major shareholders have good track record of taking technologies to market.

The move up in the share price is just recognising all of this!

not a single excess share has been credited to my account and i`m not surprised...the difference here is that both 29%ers can not sell the shares issued for 12 months!Is in their interests to raise the share price as much as possible,probably to sell the company after a year or so....defo the share price will not be below 15/25p by then ,if that is the case....

Exactly the same thing happened with Dcd, massive share subscription at 1p then 6 months later in a mad spike the shares went from 1p bid to 10p, but quickly went back down again but we all cleaned up on the thread, think the same will happen here.

Amazing.. Three directors subscribe for a smallish outlay , maybe £100K? And the company raises £3.3 Mill approx , and today, it is worth £22 M on paper!
= shorting time from here surely.
