15/2/2013 13:12 | Oh and I forgot.. THE CERES UNIT DOESNT WORK !!!!!! | jonesey3
15/2/2013 11:18 | Ah yes, it uses petrol or diesel, involves emissions , roduces heat but no electricty. Ceres uses gas creates electricty and heat and is an electrical process not a cobustion engine Matey have a look at this and I am sure you will be sorry you shorted! | smokey 1o3
14/2/2013 21:04 | jonsey I would be very interested to know what fuel is used by erberspacher both for your 4x4 or the product they produce for lorries. Is it gas as used in a boiler. How short are you? | smokey 1o3
14/2/2013 17:31 | ever heard of erberspacher? that scenario already dealt with... I have one in my 4x4 Clutching at straws there mate !!! | jonesey3
14/2/2013 17:22 | Because the vehicles engine has to be kept idling to power the electric facilities in the Cabin (heating, TV , kettle etc) poluting, sometimes all night if it is stationary. Ceres runs from gas and without any emissions. Short I wouldn't if I were you!! | smokey 1o3
14/2/2013 16:46 | whats wrong with the good old alternator? enough power there ... Dont see what you are getting at.. | jonesey3
14/2/2013 10:47 | jonesey You are quite right that they will need to raise more money but they have been upfront about that before and now again in Results RNS. The question is at what price. If you are aluding to this being a "Short" then all I say is good luck mate!! All it needs is for them to come up with 2 large contracts and the offer is going to be in the region of 25p. With the governments round the world encouraging conversion of lorries to use "gas" as a fuel [9 million in USA alone] the opportunities for the Ceres unit for providing auxilliary power is tremendous. | smokey 1o3

24/1/2013 18:02 | Daily Mail - Along with IOP2IPO 29.9% holder of Ceres Power Ora Capital 28% owner "helped rescue the clean technology group in november when it piled in at a penny a pop in a £3.3m fund-raising.They are already looking at a nice paper profit on their investment but there is apparently a lot more to come . They are confident that the Company which was spun out of Imperial College and floated in 2009, is over the worst and is destined for greater things. New managementwas brought in at the time of the fund-raising and the decision was made to switch from developing fuel cell boilers for the domestic market to licensing its technology. Watch this space. | smokey 1o3

18/1/2013 12:21 | Well done to all who kept the faith. Really pleasantly surprised this survived, totally against what I expected. Hope it goes on to prosper and lead the world in efficiently using gas. The reason I bought in several years ago was the possibility of thousands/millions of these fuel cells providing primary reserve to the grid, which is a very expensive commodity, and which is needed more and more as unreliable generation is added to the grid. Not sure even cwr appreciate the possible value there. May buy in again at some stage. | pierre oreilly
