03/2/2023 15:17 | LSE poster on 30.1.23 This lse page now changed name, so looks like this is going to be the place, cla supposed to list on aim today apparently. Been looking forward to this one. The contained copper within this company via jorc resources stands out especially - in <100m usd mcap range. The Namibian cobalt opportunity is massive but imo barely has any value 'priced in' (at <£15m ipo) at present as they, so far, I understand, can't get the the economics from a met work angle. If they could solve that (which they are actively trying) - very happy days (the asset is looks to have global significance), imo. Philippines is on the up, imo, for miners, despite apparent ongoing regulatory headwind, action of knowledgeable, 'up to speed', experienced, 'on the ground' entites bodes well. They look to be closing in the the mcb mpsa - likely H1 2023 imo. AIMO ATB | andrbea
02/2/2023 16:11 | If one wanted to buy then perhaps ASX:CLA as opposed to LSE:CLA might be the cheaper way of doing it as pricing is more competitive on the ASX? | the chairman elect
31/1/2023 08:51 | The company, which is primarily focused on copper-gold in the Philippines, is also listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the same ticker | andrbea
14/1/2023 06:00 | CLA has no jets anymore. In the latest Annual Report, Jeff's salary & "admin" fees have not gone down. Must be hard work managing CLA now. | russman
29/6/2022 16:07 | Big divi received today. | russman
07/6/2022 07:02 | A divi has been announced. Asking for a refund of AVAP's excessive fees may be ambitious. | russman
24/9/2021 05:27 | I believe that AVAP bought CLA's last jet to rake up enough collateral for their bond rollover. So CLA has no fleet. If this is confirmed, Jeff has committed a financial crime against the CLA minority. Therefore we will be seeking "redress". | russman
23/2/2021 19:17 | Waiting for the AVAP bond redemption. | russman
25/10/2020 06:14 | Another divi. | russman
24/2/2020 10:21 | That is a large re-statement. A significant error. I am surprised it was not noted in AVAP's accounts. | russman
02/7/2019 04:37 | The error in the last Final Accts is noted. Note 22: Share Capital vs statement of capital filed at Co.House. The Directors signed the balance sheet. The statutory auditor did not complain. It appears CLA cannot count outstanding shares; let alone planes & leases. I am sure the AVAP consolidation will be fixed soon too. | russman |
