11/7/2014 15:51 | Been trying to acquire more of these for week or so now. Keep trying with limit orders at 16.25p but so far, no joy. | callumross

20/6/2014 07:08 | Russman..AVAP and Vidaco nominees ( Is that Jeff for sure ??) are now over 90% but am not sure that means anything but if they did offer for the rest it could be that is now the minimum. | harrogate
19/6/2014 23:30 | Interesting. Does this put the Epsom concert party over 90% of the shares. Does this put a floor of 20p as the minimum AVAP would need to offer to buy out minorities. Why did AVAP not tender for all outstanding CLA shares? | russman
19/6/2014 12:37 | Maybe. But 2,500,000 shares say at the moment 20p is ok and quite a few have sold for 15p+ recently so why would they pay 30P? | harrogate
19/6/2014 12:28 | Why don't they just do the lot and put us CLA shareholders out of our misery! Mind you, I wouldn't be happy with a 20p takeout price at all. Surely would have to be 30p to reasonably equate to NAV? | callumross
19/6/2014 10:56 | The maths are based on the amount of AVAP shares they are swapping for 2,500,000 CLA shares. Based on an AVAP share price of £1.32 it works out at 20p value for each CLA share. They are doing it since I am sure they want to buy all CLA. At 20p it is earnings and NAV value enhancing and if they can do the lot it will be a great bit of tidying up | harrogate
19/6/2014 10:40 | Can you explain the maths for me please, harrogate? Why are AVAP doing this? | callumross
19/6/2014 09:29 | That AVAP purchase seems to equate to 20p a CLA share so maybe there is a bit of value here. If I held I would be on the phone to Jeff at AVAP and asking him to buy mine at 20p in AVAP shares !! | harrogate
10/6/2014 08:44 | listen to Harrogate for he is wise in the ways of CLA. I've tried twice and given up with considerable opportunity costs. | davydoo
10/6/2014 08:21 | I agree with that and as AVAP keep buying at some point it will be bought out by them and taken off the market...I would think the only questions are when and at what price. | harrogate
09/6/2014 22:43 | There is no reason for CLA to be listed now. | russman
09/6/2014 17:10 | Not many shares have a flatline none movement like here....is it worth being listed?... | diku
09/6/2014 16:52 | AVAP tipped in Small Co ShareWatch | davebowler
12/5/2014 23:38 | I read the Midas article on AVAP a couple of times. Jeff wants to double the AVAP fleet but I have no idea where he is going to get the capital from. CLA is struggling to pay off the bridge loan. | russman
30/4/2014 10:05 | Happily swap paper on NAV for NAV basis but don't imagine AVAP will be that generous. They did do a swap IIRC with another shareholder a few years ago. Can't remember the terms of that. | horndean eagle
29/4/2014 20:58 | Being squeezed out is a risk to the minority. Being offered AVAP paper is a sweeter solution. | russman
29/4/2014 18:08 | Get a horrible feeling that AVAP are looking to take out CLA at 15.25p. They don't pay any more. Make it particularly shareholder unfriendly in terms of dividends etc. Bore holders into submission is the plan I reckon. | horndean eagle
29/4/2014 14:49 | Maybe but they seem to be able to pick up as much as they want at 15p or so.For me it shows that there is little upside here. I still don't see why anyone would hold these and not AVAP | harrogate
29/4/2014 14:46 | By clearing a seller perhaps | envirovision
29/4/2014 14:44 | Why would it | harrogate
