I believe that AVAP bought CLA's last jet to rake up enough collateral for their bond rollover.
So CLA has no fleet.
If this is confirmed, Jeff has committed a financial crime against the CLA minority. Therefore we will be seeking "redress".

The error in the last Final Accts is noted.
Note 22: Share Capital vs statement of capital filed at Co.House.
The Directors signed the balance sheet.
The statutory auditor did not complain.
It appears CLA cannot count outstanding shares; let alone planes & leases.
I am sure the AVAP consolidation will be fixed soon too.
