Good morning all. Please excuse me if I'm way off the mark But I am a smidge confused as always as to what the big picture is The Oraziman family hold the largest number of shares. But Kuat O is not the major holder in the family. He , as the only director can benefit from pay awards. So presumably the rest of his family could arguably be as peed off as we are seeing the share price languishing as it is Is there some or other long term deal on the horizon If they were all directors and getting pay awards I could better understand things. But they're not. Can you see my train of thought. Please point out my stupidity if I'm way off the mark

Well we're going to get news, good, bad, indifferent but as we all know obfuscation generally plays it's part.

The news should be largely positive as prod should be moving north, 151 should be at TD and maybe Yelemes awarded. The deeps, well that's where we get the obfuscation but maybe one day we'll get that surprise and it'll be a positive one !!

Crude will move north, especially in August as demand increases and Opec+ holding in cuts, wouldn't surprise me to see it run at $50 in next 6 weeks, all helps our cash flow. Only thing that messes us up is the Trumpathon and hopefuly he gets CV19 under control as that is sapping demand.

Thanks jayrh Sounds interesting In some or other RNS CC did say that they were in no hurry to get the deeps flowing. I wonder if you are on the money as to reason why

JayrhHope so. I previously described the deeps saga as akin to Fawlty Towers. It was difficult to comprehend the series of mishaps, as even on balance of probability they should have been able to get something right.

Until they get international permit for the deeps I think they'll pretend to struggle with these deeps because the actual operations they are doing in the rns's do not make sense its like a laurel and Hardy film. The rigs here the rigs there pipe broke new fracking explosives. Its all bs made up lies. When we get the license you watch as if by magic.. gla

The only reason I continue to hold this is to remind myself what a disappointment it is, and not to be lured by the end of a rainbow. I used to give resource potential too much weight in investment decisions but now focus more on demonstrated management competence. In any event its all about learning and this has certainly been educational.

£7,692,307!

Todays trade 50,000 shares at 3.275p = £1,637

I'd love to know what the non Oraziman holders of Caspian Explorer are thinking as they contemplate their current £5,600,000 paper loss on CASP shares!

Would have thought they could have wriggled out of the sale deal if they had wanted to or at least renegotiated the 12p per share part of deal....makes you wonder what they know about the future direction of CASP share price!!!

Well there you go CC. You've seen all today's buying. That's how much confidence there is in your company at present. Your director chum could only offload a measly 50 k shares without taking a lower share price Your share allocation wasn't such a sacrifice after all was it

Look forward to hearing the answers ! Hopefully the Directors will hold stock unless they themselves are financially stressed ? who knows. One thing for sure, with no retail interest, 8m sells will crash the share price and they'll probably only return 60% of their salary. They can only sell on the back of good news but hopefully they will hold on as it's such a good investment ?

I have submitted my questions about monthly figures etc.The one area I did not drill down on adequately (no pun intended) was the appallingly lack of created shareholder value as illustrated by the share vs the management issuing them selves generous amounts of stock in lieu of salary.What I found so funny was issuing it at a 5% Premuim which somehow established the whole exercise as having moral probity. Haha haha

Would have been better for PR if the AGM was done via a web cam so that shareholders could see and hear answers to questions posed

Just hoping that the seller of the 450k is not one of those receiving stock, that would be more defining than any RNS.
