Rutter,Define progress ? Maybe at cross purposes as I see progress as fixed pipe and flowing the well, anything else in my mind is not progress. Cmon Clive, time to be acknowledged by the markets as a success after 13 years and it's a successful deep that gets you there. Won't get your bonuses without it so good news please.

I agree . There is no strategy around the delay. They are just very very very slow on anything .I think when cc was a child when he first saw the word Urgent as misdefined it to mean do tomorrow. I assumed something announced in the first 2 days of the week. Relieved I did not publish that prediction.Smart money is probably going for next week.

6 days max to wait for the 2019 Finals and the operational update. Expect we get it any day this week but maybe the later the better to pretty up the current ops update and their short, mid and longer term aspirations. My shout Thursday.

I believe that they have to hold AGM but that could be held over Teams or Zoom. I was going to the Crest AGM in May as it's local to me but the venue was changed because of Covid. I believe Caspian could do the same, to be honest, it would suit them more than us.

Are CASP legally required to hold AGM by a specific date or can they let it slide blaming Covid?

X2. COVID will be a most convenient excuse for lack of progress. But if the can't repair a broken pipe in at least six weeks and execute at least one acid test then then don't expect a thumbs up from shareholders Well called re late timing of results

Well, the oil price is being delivered. Touching $42 and hopefully Caspian are negotiating sensible deals with the oil traders who will be looking to make a buck or three. If they’re forward selling oil to assist with cash flow, I’m sure that the upper hand is held by the oil traders, especially when prices were rock bottom in May.

Big players will see a bounce today but won’t rally properly until they see the bull phase reestablished, for that we need demand. Casper make money at $20 net but not generating the cash needed to accelerate operational effort.

Covid 19 still not peaked with 474 more new cases yesterday





Death rate is tiny if you can believe the reporting but CV is very much in play in Kaz and probably will mean that very little movement on deeps if acid and labour available. May have news to say that broken link fixed on A5 but I’m not holding my breath. Tengiz, high % of workers have contracted the virus, we’ll soon find out the situation with Casper but I’d have thought they’d have communicated via RNS if badly affected.

Thanks for the kind words, you forgot to add stupid, stupid for still being here after 13 years...lol Only stupid if it doesn't come off, my average price is now very low and providing no eastern shenanigans, it pays off in style for all of us. Getting prepared for another holding statement on the deeps but everything else should read positively but we know the deeps = many bags and some well needed enjoyment watching it go. All jam tomorrow and can kicking, that needs to stop. Also the asset acquisition, do that when you've done what you're meant to be doing, delivering commercial oil production !!

X2 I certainly and I am sure the rest of the chat value your constant , level headed views and insightful optimism.I am unnecessarily cynical maybe and mildly frustrated. I know the phrases kicking the can down the road and surfeit of jam tomorrow have been well used.But every RNS we get explains why progress has not been fully achieved but why it will be in the future.CC please break the cycle. Look at the share price, that is the empirical judgement of where we are .

Max,As we expected, that's a no. Back to Roxi timescales, utilising the full 6 months to publish accounts. Let's hope the additional month has been worth the wait .People have low expectations from Caspian and Carverspeak part of the problem.Casper is a low cost operator with a good portfolio of assets allegedly. One of those assets alone ie MJF gives us all considerable upside from here. That's being discounted currently and nothing in the share price for all the other assets as years of failure or non delivery v hyped expectation setting have eroded investor confidence. That with the fact that PIs are just a nuisance in this game and are not part of the real game.It's a family business and most listed family businesses do well on AIM and they tend to pass them on to the next generation before an eventual exit. This is the game here, the only way we don't win is if they continue to build m/cap through asset purchases and associated dilution. At some point this has to change if they want a multi billion dollar business, for that they need a higher so, question, how long do we have to wait ?Still a company with promise, can they expose the riches, unfortunately only time will tell

To get an update this week would require a company to have decent content , be able to collate the relevant information and be able to run to a strict deadline. Thus demonstrating focus, professionalism and an awareness of responsibility to shareholders. That's why we won't hear anything till next week.

1.068m traded, 8k sells and no Mr Seller today. Bid improved all day and could sell 500k @ 4.12p at the close. Peeps buying possible Thurs news ? maybe.

Volume continues at 1m average, hopefully the Finals and op update change that in a very positive way.
