The oil is there and it's now about the management of the heat and pressure to achieve the long awaited flow test which should be for 30 days. Hopefully the sidetrack at a 15 degree angle means that they will be able to deal with the pressure etc. I don't believe we wait 30 days and hopefully a few positive pre flow rate announcements to get the punters going and the hype building .Fingers x'd.

Cont'dFindings to date As previously announced the quality of the oil, which has flowed to the surface, is very light with 0,81 g/cm3 oil gravity (an API of 43). The oil produced has low sulphur content and is emerald green in colour. When the well was first opened oil flowed to the surface for a short period at the rate of 10 cubic meters per hour which, had that rate continued for the whole day, would approximate to a rate of some 2,000 bopd. Shareholders are advised that such a short observation is not a reliable indication of the true flow rate of the well or that the well will continue to produce at these rates. This information will not be known until the results of the 30-day flow test have been processed and published. It does however, in the opinion of Roxi management, indicate the potential of the well and more importantly the potential for the field as a whole.

Could be the days of massive price increases such as Jersey Oil & Gas are long gone already.

Don't know enough about it but I shiver when I see anything linked to Lenigas !M/cap 77m240m sharesNot sure re % ownershipIPO - 32p in 10 monthsAnything to do with FOG (Fulogas) turns me off. Not saying you can't make money but P&D city where timing is everything.

It's strange Angus unveiled this RNS this morning but the share price has not really taken off except at the beginning of trading.

Lets hope Caspian fare a bit better when they release their news.

Course I could have misunderstood the details.




Angus Energy Completes Drilling of Lidsey-X2

Angus Energy is pleased to announce it has successfully completed the drilling of the Lidsey-X2 production well.

The Company will produce from a "net oil pay" section of 443 metres ("m") from the Great Oolite limestone reservoir. The production reservoir section has a Measured Depth ("MD") of 1,230-1,673m. True Vertical Depth ("TVD") of the production section is measured to be 994.9m-1,009.3m

Hasn't been volume for months and certainly not an indicator here, good or bad ! If no news next week I'd suggest we've hit snags again or they're ensuring that the well is commercial without any doubt. Good news next week on shallows and deeps. Because we're unloved, there will be an opportunity to pick up stock before it reaches true value so get your money in order ready to take advantage. If it's bad news, same applies, buy on weakness as it will bounce from any retrace, that's a fact.

We were drilling at 13m per day from period 20/9 to 1/10 and announcement on 2nd stated that they expected drilling to get faster. Now 11days later, we should have drilled 143m as a minimum so we should have been at TD 4 days ago or sooner if pace picked up as intimated.Next news -;Either hit problems again and delays ?Don't want to announce a hit and conducting flow test ?Not good news and will issue news with a positive flow rate at 145 and a status on 146 ?Think that sums it up .

So 20th Sept they had 250 metres left, on 2th Oct news said 90 metres left. Tomorrow will be day 11, the same gap from the first rns to the 2nd. News tomorrow ? Or something wrong
