Here I am, talking to myself again... but I can't help wondering why the TSX share price is on 103 for both bid and offer... and has stayed stuck there since opening. looks very strange - anyone able to shed light?

At least CEK is up a tad. All that drama on the TSX last night is something I'd like to understand. Certainly more interest here now so perhas our patience will be rewarded soon?

PTR looks very interesting. Three wells being drilled to prove up extent of reserves in the current programme (they already know there is oil there from the previous Russian wells).

Heavy director buying recently by both Russian directors running the drilling ops and by the TLW non-exec director.

It has been knocked back today by contagion from IEC's troubles with a rogue Russian Environment Minister who keeps questioning validity of western companies assets. It should blow over though.

Upside is 100p -150p on succcessful drilling news in May/June. Currently c.55p.

And still the buys coming in relentlessly, but no further increase in sp, which makes me suspect there's a huge sell order somewhere in the background.

It's quite good talking to oneself; nobody contradicts.

Hi drewz
Have you looked at the extraordinary (and continuing) stream of buys on TSX in lots of 500? Surely, this must be out of order if there's news very soon? It's really unusual volume and trading. Not that I'm complaining when the share price is rising but I didn't enjoy it recently when it happened in reverse on CHP!

I'm still here, still reading the board, still buying.

Bought a few thousand more on Monday, in my ISA, for long-term growth. Not much to say though in the absence of exploration/production news.

Let's hope so Rupe. It's quite exciting for me to see more than my own posts on here, so I'm hoping that will bode well also. I've never seen a 500 buy bot before and am trying to imagine what would have happened to the share price if someone had bought almost 500k out in the open? any thoughts anyone?

Now the bid/offer is 107/108.
500-share buys continuing relentlessly
Up about 30% in a week, I think.
Maybe news tomorrow.

And now the offer is 103 (again).

Are we the only stalwarts left in the UK side? that sole buy today was mine! strange amount to bring my holding to a nice round number. The bid ticked up from 40 to 41 almost immediately. I decided the share price was more likely to go up in the short term than wait for me to open an account to trade TSX... so, it's probably going to tank tomorrow. You can see why I'm glued to the Canadian exchange tho.

Cleo - yes, just had a look. Have never seen that before. Presumably a repeating programmed order, buying 500 roughly every minute. Still continuing.
Let's hope it goes on all day, because it's having a great effect on the share price - now $1.02.

sorry, I have same difficulty with Canadian site. Interesting today that there has been an absolute string of 500 buys on the TSX - as if someone is trying to accumulate in a very low-key manner...

Yesterday's rise on the TSX more impressive because it was against a falling market. Now within a whisker of $1.
From the imminent RNS I'd like to learn:
(a) well test results from EZ303
(2) status of EZ301. Have they fished the testing kit out, and is it now producing?
(3) total current production

Good news would be, IMO
(1) has tested at 1000 bpd+
(2) back to production of 1500 bpd
(3) current prodction 2000 bpd or more, rissing to 3000 bppd by year-end.

If we get that it'll go to $1.50, imo.

It would also be good to knwow when a reserves revisions by McDaniels is due.

Does anyone know how to access the BB's of the Canadian ADVFN site? Might have some interesting information, but I don't seem able to access it.

Thanks very much. I'll look into that (i.e. Google it!). Yes, disappointing it's down but the volumes have been very encouraging and it's been actually trading for the first time in ages. Everything crossed...

Cleo - an easy way to trade shares on the TSX is to open an account with Internaxx, which also provides a CAN$ sub-account, so you don't have to buy and sell hte currencies each timme you make a trade. V convenient.
Down 7% on the TSX today. I will top up if it goes under $0.90
Where is the news on EZ 303?
Maybe we are also due a reserves upgrade from McDaniels.

Crikey Robin, I was beginning to think I was talking to myself (again)! If this moves, it might take off quite quickly imo. It certainly took "off" in the opposite direction very smartly! Good luck if you take a punt but, if poss, do it on TSX (and tell me how...)
