As long as Amaya gives its share of money gvc can manage whole new entity , after the transaction Mr B can be locked up and Amaya folded and gvc can enjoy the whole lot .

Baazov and Amaya associates are being investigated plus baazov family member.

The problem would lie with the debt if this went wrong, the debtors would demand their money, NOW. Baazov chutzpah is ok for now, all round good guy, but remember Maxwell and Madoff and asil nadir.

BPTY must have a legal obligation to update us on what is going on. I am sure I saw a time frame quoted on here of how long they can keep shareholders in suspense.

I imagine their way around it will be to use the sale of WPT as a shield.

GVC is in my opinion, better off walking away now and then approaching the eventual winner,(whoever it is) later to see if it can buy any parts of bpty.

Currently GVC is highly respected and excellent in its markets, it needs to grow, but not at any price.

Do you think the Bod of GVC would want to go into partnership with Amaya whilst under investigation? I don't see that as a particularly smart move by GVC. This could be the reason for the delay whilst it is all resolved.

888's profit will fall by 25% this year, so desperately need BPTY to ameliorate. Baazov desperately needs BPTY to massage his ego! His inexperience,chutzpah and lack of caution may be a compelling factor in making an exuberant takeout offer! Roll on RNS.

Don't dismiss 888 keeping some grey bits to put alongside their own, then form a new company to get rid off them as a structured entity. Could be done very quickly, and at a good price.

888 owners hold grudges and might not like the fact that GVC were competitors, obviously just my opinion, but through the years the Israeli`s have proved to be idealistic and very pedantic.

I sold all my GVC and 888 to pile all into BPTY, on the basis that whoever won, would be my cheap way back into a very successful company. From that point of view the winning name is irrelevant. Since this saga started things have changed dramatically; Amaya is years ahead of everybody else and could be another, "Apple" BUT, if any mud sticks from these official enquiries, Amaya will not get anymore licenses for USA gaming, at that point I always assumed the winner of this battle would, At a stroke, become no1 in USA.

888 named as preferred bidder on Tuesday morning. 888 take the lions share of bpty, £1.30 in cash and shares or £1.50 in shares.

GVC and/or others may be offered grey bits or a new company formed to run them.

Amaya will I believe quietly disappear until such time as the allegations swirling about are either proven or not.

Money(loans) will be impossible to secure under present circumstances.
