|Yes come on over, I have held gvc since 2007.|
|Bye-Bye Party Gaming and BWIN, see you all on the other side, namely GVC.|
|Yes you are very welcome Hubshank,it has been nice posting here to you and others,
but you will find much solace with the gvc boardsters, they are intelligent,
helpful, knowledgeable and a real nice bunch.
Post 6774, ditto.
Yes boys 'n gals, see you over on GVC!
Thanks mylands! Sad to say goodbye to my thread, but happy that GVC should make me some money, and that is why we are really here though.|
|Also held from partygaming days.
I am still underwater despite the TO. I have faith that GVC will pull this.|
|Come over to the GVC thread guys... the grass is green and lush!|
|Its a long journey for someone who has in bpty since its parygaming days 10yrs plus, good luck to all, lets hope gvc does with bpty, what it did with sportingbet (sbt).|
|Bye bye hub let's hope we make lots on GVC|
|I guess it is the end of my thread then!!! :-(|
|Where will the cash go that was raised from the sale of the WPT?|
Carrot and donkey spring to mind!|
|The shares come on 2nd Feb, the cash on 14th Feb. Yes it will be deposited into whatever account you have your initial holding in.|
|It seems to me that many, at least on this thread are asking for a higher proportion of GVC shares rather than cash and can see there is a likelihood of some scaling back of the extra GVC shares that are being asked for. Any how, the latest we'll know the out come will be Tuesday, 2nd February.|
|Thanks , I've got it on my Halifax a/c , thanks, If you have them in a Isa does the money and gvc shares go into it, and which date does this happen on?|
|AMCH - if you use an online broker such as TDW, there is an Corporate action form to complete.|
|AMCHUGH, Your broker should have written to you offering that option. If not, you should contact them asap.|
|EVERYTHING on my screen is sour today, with the one exception of Tatle & Lyle which is sweet by only 1g, I mean 1% ! I see red people!|
|How do you accept the maximum shares , is there a option you pick.
I made a typo, please see the numbers again.
Not giving advice.
Personally I am holding and accepting maximum shares. Avoids any dealing costs.|
|Thank you very much Bonnard for the advice ,|
|Sell now...@1.26 £18,900
Take the full share allocation on takeover £19,487
Take the shares plus cash option at takeover £19,445
There are dealing costs if you sell now, but no dealing costs if you allow your Bwin shares to be taken over.|
