He's not a friend - and you'll see early posts both bullish and skeptical - because - guess what - I change my mind - often I don't own many UK stocks - my speciality is US REITs (UK REITs to much lesser extent) - not much about that on ADVFN

Right solonic - eh - I sold out half my exposure at 16 many months ago and the rest when it started to tank Have traded in and out and said that buying in and around NAV made sense Was totally out - bought some back below £7 You seen only interested in one dimensional thinking - it's possible to say that MW had a point in some of its points and not on others and to think that it should be a NAV Value and not an earnings multiple
