I love the smell of shorters getting fried ...they may try one last desperate slur but they are on the retreat.

Great money to be made here now on the recovery.

Interesting share price movement upwards today. TW will have to invent something extra-sensational later. Probably "After speaking to MW today I can tell you he is about to release another damning report on BUR (yawn). Please keep your 6 quid subscriptions up to date"

Because, Tom, you and the gang are churning out FUD 24/7 suggesting the arguments are still valid.

So if they've basically negated all MW arguments why hasn't the share price rebounded to 1600 odd?

FWIW I think shareprophets were tweeting about having an interview with Block today. Which is good because the aim is to prove they are acting in concert as market manipulators.

In my opinion it's quite obvious what Mr.Block is up to.Deflection.His company, and perhaps, he personally may face a number of legal claims.Mis-statement,falsehoods and market manipulation may all be in the mix.If Mr.Block and his company are found guilty by civil or regulatory bodies,he,and his company may have damages awarded against them,or he may be jailed and declared bankrupt.A Burford company might be enforcing the payment of judgements in those circumstances.Mr.Block may arguably be facing ruin and jail time.If you were in that situation I think you would be more than inclined to go on the offence.

Thanks Scubadiverr

Caro-Kann seem to have a better perspective on presenting the details, which deflect from Muddy Waters.

Its interesting that Caro-Kann do not comment on the accounting for the Petersen case. The one big piece of missing information IMHO is what BUR valued the 61.25% they still own of Petersen in the H1 results, having recently sold 10% for $100m.

It would be incredibly helpful to have some guidance on that number.
