I took profits Friday but I congratulate but for going after these idiots. I hope they are successfully. Good for them. Would love to see muddy waters wound up as a result of this. Their boss is far too arrogant and needs bringing down a leg or two. You have to imagine the fca are involved now as if burford prosecute for market manipulation, and let's just say they are successful... the question will immediately be , why on earth are the fca not doing anything! That's their job after all and not burfords. A very good move.

As suggested. They have been busy bees this weekend. They have the clout to take them to the cleaners. Forensic electronic investigation will do the trick.

It's not just "manipulation" up for grabs.
It's now potential fraud.
"Arguably"!

someone just posted "shorters won and run" rethink your statement fella, these are the consequences of illegal activity.

as many have said this weekend, this could well be the end for Muddy Waters and as i have said there will not be a response from them to Burfords rebuttal. They will just land themselves deeper in the mire.

Game over Muddy Waters Capital, you deserve whats coming !!!

That's a better director buy! After reading that evidence, I think Muddy Water will have muddy underpants after reading that.

Primary elections in Argentina to choose the presidential candidates: the populists "Peronistas" -former President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner- 47% of the votes vs 32% for the current president Macri. I think bad news for Petersen case, this woman is not going to pay notwithstanding what happens in the courts.

Gotham, looked but did not reveal as much as MW. Who cares?

There is no case against shorters, we have won and run!

Muddy pulled a fast one, job done, it is up to BUR to prove otherwise.

So far, weak with their answers, questions again arise.

Price:- why not at £13 halved?

Questions, too many.
