Bbm. 1400 is the past. Can’t do anything about it but look to the future.

He's never been sued by a company run by lawyers who specialise in this type of case though.

If they borrowed a lot of stock, I think we all have a good idea who lent them out.

I'm no lawyer but Burford do seem to have a strong case, given the many falsehoods. That said, I note that Block has been sued before by other companies he's attacked, so probably used to defending himself.

Sent them a tweet earlier. If they don't look into this then they may as well shut down.

Ignoring the Burford stuff for a moment, the comments from MW around the Invesco/Napo part of their thesis invites legal proceedings:

Not "We believe" not "arguably", just simply "That is what happened here".

A statement of fact over the Napo case, which, as it turns out, doesn't look like fact at all.

Wonder if Invesco would like to to hire a litigation finance company to take that matter further.

this will close lower the current price as traders exit and lock in profits for the week. Plus high chance of MW issuing response by market open on monday morning

bbmsionlypostafter, thank you for such a detailed, concise, articulate and coherent response. How many years of studying did it take you to draft that comment?

My response to Sweet Karolina was not based upon her disagreeing with me. If you read our earlier discourse and lively debates we were discussing how to value the company.

But now that I have put forward a sensible valuation approach based upon cashflow metrics (and compared it against IMF) which is hard to manipulate given that auditors will have receipts and can verify against bank statements and cash in and out and the fact that SK then failed to provide an appropriate counter-argument.

Instead of countering my proposal on valuation SK put forth a classic argument that one finds amongst shorters "timing". This helps shorters continue to make profit and help them get out.

Will wait for a more articulate response from both you and SK.
