I do like a good short - company ding dong. They always take a while to play out but I am in for a few thousand on the back of the company response and some serious Director buying that is not small change.

if indeed MW do respond, which i doubt, they will merely be kicking the hornets nest.

they really should have been more careful, as when you post blatant and fallacious inaccuracies, you end up on the wrong side of matters, and the wrong side of a company of Lawyers, well , begs the question, how could you be so stupid ?

as i said earlier this morning, this could be company ending for Muddy Waters Capital.

Well it saved me in the region of £50k Minny while I was lounging around in a swimming pool in Tenerife. Back in now at far lower levels though. Best stop loss I've put on in years!!

The sooner the better. Cheaper buys mean more earnings to share between current holders.

The MW report if nothing is justified could have the reverse impact on BUR as it may help clear up any investors concerns they had on understanding how case wins are realised, and this could now go on to exceed all time highs IMHO.I thoroughly digested the response from Burford last night and it was very comprehensive.If BUR were guilty of any wrong doing would they freely provide more transparency into the accounts out of choice. What a ridiculous statement. I think if MW didn't engage in Market Manipulation their margins would be substantially lower as well.Also take away, the 4 strongest cases and the accounts would be lower, well they must have got up early to work that one out.I think McDonalds having to stop the Big Mac might hurt their accounts.
