What a fantastic business model we have. Spend a fortune testing assets and then sell 80% for a fraction of that cost. Does anybody know if only VOG have the power to cancel this arrangement if COC get in? Could COC potentially renegotiate?

Yes, one wonders as a fly on a bafoussam wall who will be the whipping boy LUK or NA, now that NA will own 50% of Etinde.

Hart is many things but he must have been thinking of cowboys when he read that ridiculous article stating that NA where not in constant contact with BLVN.

I genuinely thought that it would be the russians who made a suka of NA but it seems that COC had other ideas.

I was not at all surprised as NA has always been the hot rod in the Etinde cartel.

the stupidity of some posters here is astounding, 20% of the revenue achieved by vog is considerably more than blvn would realise had they taken the gas to market themselves, is it not?

Wasn't it winnet who was talking about millions per year from bomono as it was very close to farm out ? And that coc would take all that away !Perhaps he will now reappraise his thoughts of the bod and coc ?

If you wanted to finish yourself off then the timing of this is perfect , they can not even organise this , tells you what you need to know and makes it clear that the last few years has lined pockets very nicely thank you , no doubt they have very lucrative termination clauses in their contracts , usual AIM disgrace.

So KH and crew spent appx $100m on Bomono (figure from COC letter). KH now sells 80% of Bomono for $100k plus royalty which will not exceed a total of $20m for the lifetime of the agreement.

KH does it again!!

There you have it the BoD are worse than useless at creating shareholder value IMO.

If you ever in doubt about voting this lot out there it is.
